hospital. a frightening day at boston arts academy in fenway. more than two dozen students complained chemical fumes in a classroom made them sick. it was in some type of vending machine and uri they said it does all vent but for some reason when they opened it up, there was some residue still left and some of the kids felt that they were exposed to it . from sky 7 hd you can see the fire trucks, ambulancens and police cars all lined up to him help veriors say the fumes came from acid used in a class. something went wrong, exposing the hospital. we had 17 students that were complaining of some symptoms, yes, like headache, newsia . >> anchor: kids were left led off to the ambulance and taken to boston children's hospital to be checked out. they seem to be handling the scary situation quite well and one teach said it seemed everyone kept a level head . i was not evacuated. it loo like it was all under control. >> anchor: and once fire crew were able to get normal readings on the air culty inside the

able to go back in for the remaining days. live in the fenway park area, susan tran, 7 news. also first on 7, surveillance cameras capturing a suspect dragging police officers in mass pan. the patrol problem causing quite a scare. so we can tell you the officers are going to be just fine but this video was shocking. dan hausle live in mattapan with more. this wild right actually started around the coroner on blue hill avenue where officers pulled over that vehicle but they were hanging on when the guy took off, came down here, and some of that wild ride was captured on a surveillance camera right there. incredible video of a boston police officer hanging on for dear life. take a look again. that's the bottom half of the officer hanging out the side of a speeding vehicle. you can't see the other side of the suv but police say another officer was dragged away on that side too. police say 45-year-old bryant gilbert was behind the wheel of the speeding car. he is charged with assaulting

officers and resisting a rest. the officers were in the car . >> anchor: police say the officers tried to take his keys away during a traffic stop for speeding on blue hill avenue. but they say client took off, dragging both officers about 100 yards until he crashed into a parked car. a nearby security camera caught a few terrifying seconds of the car speeding by with at least one officer hanging on to the car. police commissioner william evans said both officers escaped serious injury. both were shook end up and but they were seen, they were evaluate and thank god they were okay. even more amazing when you hear that one of those officers while one of the officers did get himself free during the wild ride the other one said that's not going to work for me. he climbed into the vehicle and road inside until it's crashing end. live in mattapan, dan hausle, 7 news. in the race for the white house democrat hillary clinton making a official in new hampshire signing papers to be in the presidential primary officially. it was her first stop on another

30's not far off and we will cool it off before the clouds jump us completely spreading over the area and shutting off that cooling process. tomorrow. now our temperatures struggle to the 50's but you think many dry hours for the first part of the day will help us get to the mid 50's and then in the afternoon once that rain starts sweeping boom. they go back down to the low 50's, even up are 40's by evening as that rain sets in for the night. a good dose of water, yeah, this is tropical storm kate. new she will stay away from our weather system but they may interact with some moisture channels here. it's possible you can suck a little bit of moisture off kate although we're not seeing kate at all and that low and that center circulation far offshore for us. nonetheless, some moderate rain at times. we could be heavy for a few hours tomorrow night and then it pulls away seeingly early on wednesday. the only issue is, we'll be nagged by showers, tapering to drizzle and mist. how much water?
