some of these protestors janed the northeaster protestors earlier today. that was the crowd that gathered on the t., on the e.line at huntington street to shut down for about 25 minutes or so. about 30, maybe 40 protestors there. they demonstrated and spoke for about 25 minutes. the police allowed them to stay as long as they wanted. bus service was increased in the area to help passengers who were disrupted by this and police said they would they wanted. the protestors left after about 25 minutes and the service resumed in the area. the proest iters down at group. they say they're going to march up to the statehouse any minute. they say likely it'll cause some traffic disruption but minimize that. while the earlier protest was designed to disrupt commuters, this protest is not designed to do it but there maybe some minor disruptions. if you can avoid this area,

is under investigation. but the video shows two students being pulled out of the apartment shoved on the ground, one of them tazed appear arrested. >> there was lot of video that came from the individuals inside the apartment and several of the officers have body cameras. so we're going over a lot of video. >> reporter: the chief says the officer who initially responded to the noise complaint is one of the officers on administrative leave. the officer seen using the taser as well as the officer with the baton are also on leave. three students were arrested. >> we've already start and conducted some interviews for some of the officers based on what we've been able dissect from the video. >> ryan: it's possible more officers could be placed on leave. >> elizabeth: video of a violent jay walking arrest in austin, texas. one of the man says she was arrested after crossing the street. they asked police if it was response. out of line.

>> i said something to him i thought they would be able to control their temper. i don't think they should act like a gang, there is something like a gang would do. >> elizabeth: police say the group was jay walking. the department is vetting this incident -- investigating this incident. >> ryan: firefighters in new jersey have been battling a huge fire since late last night. six schools are closed in the area. about 2 o 00 firefighters are on the scene. neighbors are told to stay away. the cause of the fire sunday investigation. >> elizabeth: a big rig slams into an apart. the truck was coming off the freeway before it wrecked the apartmented bying. the bottom level is almost completely wiped out. crews didn't say the extent of the injuries. >> ryan: school bus driver caught in a flood lead their passengers through a risky rescue. three texas bus drivers were

nantucket at 57 degrees. we got off pretty decent day. the rain is swallowing the island right now and also coming out of the cape. it's working against the dry air. you say what dry air? there is a little pocket that settled in last night with the most lir clear yesterday evening. and that is still there. that is chewing away at the line of rain. here it is. the big hole right here from worcester to attleboro and down through braintree as well. look how you advance the rain but it can't get up into the city just yet. out through the cape right now. but i expect a lot of this to break up. so it's not like a big wave of rain moving in tonight. thing is we'll have reenforcements that will move in to take place of the dry spots and fill in the began and give everybody a good dose of rain. by morning we might have moderate bouts running

through. not specifically at 6:00 running through boston, and revere and saugus, it's looking like it maybe just a chance at that time frame and it may pop up just about anywhere. late morning it waivers and collapses although this coastal storm system throws back a lot of wind our way and this will just go over a mist and drizzle for the rest of the afternoon making it very november-like, not necessarily heavy but sprinkley. low pressure goes away. again that wind as it intensifies will increase for tomorrow morning. and then it ramps down then we look aed head to the nix storm system but it's a front and brings us showers. when we see a dose of rain we're saying close to an inch of rain which is a good thing. it has been very dry. we'll take it, coddle and and love it because it has been so dry. we need the rain. we need it before winter time before we seal it off

and freeze the ground then most of it goes to run off. some spots may come in higher beginning on whether you get wrapped up in downpours. windy wednesday forecast. wind advisory goes into effect tonight around 1:00 and lasts through tomorrow. some gusts could be up to 50 miles an hour, clearly a coastaltype event where you have the wind coming off of frequent shunless water hitting the land. wind in the all that storm, as we have coastal storms to the west of the city. this creates a pawl over the parades tomorrow for veterans day. war memorial building is where it starts and it's 46 in the morning and raw and windy and full of rain. by 1:00 we might taper it off to a couple of showers. the steadiest rain should have ended for our about the veterans day which starts at boylston, tremont and end at city hall plaza, 43-47 tonight. values.
