statehouse is empty again. sidewalk in front after a big protest from faneuil hall right up to the statehouse, in it the last hour or so let's show you pictures of the protestors who were marching through the streets from faneuil hall up to the statehouse. about 1,000 or so according to protest organizers that shut down traffic. boston police were helping them control the march. it was allowed as they walked up shouting for a there are dollar 15 minimum wage, some of the protestors joined demonstrator at northeastern university earlier this afternoon. about three dozen blocking a green line t. branch, the e.branch shutting it down for about 25 minutes this afternoon. boston police onhand for that one as well. they let protestors stay as long as they wanted. these protestors were looking for better wages for their adjunct part-time professors. they stayed about 25 minute and moved on giving the

the protestors here got good news earlier this evening. when a state senator reported that a minimum wage law, a $15 minimum wage law had just moved favorfully out of a senate committee. they hope to get it further. live outside of the statehouse, dan hausle, 7 news. >> adam: breaking news watching in it ohio where a plane crashed into an apartment building. there you are being looking at a few of the scene. everyone got out of the building ok but people on the plane died. there are conflicting reports of how many people were on board. police say at least two people have died. a plane crashed into an apartment complex. this is akron, ohio. we're working to get new information at this hour. >> kim: also on 7 a new hampshire man who is taking drastic measures as he tries to save his business. he is under the tent there. water slide. his park is facing foreclosure. kelli o'hara is there in

37-year-old jarrad arrone of foxboro in a drunken road rage crash in mansfield. >> made me laugh. i'm going to miss that. he was the wonderful father, husband, just -- just fantastic friend. >> reporter: police say the 67-year-old norton man intentionally rammed into flip. killing arrone and seriously injuring arrone's friend who hospital today. police say they later arrested hynes at his home after he failed several field sobrietiy tests. >> the defendant made a number of spontaneous statements including to the off. he is a [bleep] and i smashed into someone, anyone. >> there was a tragic yes. there has been, he has expressed contrition. >> it was my world. my soul mate. my best friend and we're just going to miss him terrible.

someone vandalized 9 grave stones of veterans,. >> adam: jonathan hall has reaction from a local family. >> reporter: outraged in west bridgewater as vandams knock over two veterans graves. police think is happened saturday night. >> chips on it. from throwing things to break urns and angels and anything they could find. they were throwing at the stones. >> reporter: nastiness. >> no reason for it. >> reporter: the investigation continues a day before veterans day. this stone marks the graves for jane borys grand parent. her is a picture of the stones sitting upright as it should. >> i was very close to them. i was about 13 when they passed away. even to this day, when i think of them, i get very teary eyed. >> reporter: police in west bridgewater are taking this crime seriously.

commonwealth. although that seems to be changing now over the last 20-30 minutes let's zero in on the radar. steadiest rain through cape cod and back into middleboro. now it's closer to the radar site in taunton and curls up through worcester. it's set in for the night. although starting off as showers, this first wave is weak. as we go through the late night it gets a little stronger owing to fact that the storm system gets a little stronger. the storm goes off of nap tuck andles -- nantucket and rolls out to sea but it throws back rain all the time. that is nature of the coastal storm. along the owe shane we'll -- ashen we'll fund the brunt of it. then it fades out. it's typical of coastal storms. the wind they fade because of the friction with the land they slow down so our winds will be strongest at 9

water area's edge. the storm is not going to linger for the entire day. i see rain about 3:00, 4:00 but it's better than it raining into the night, right, i guess. on the other side of that we'd like to have water. reservoirs are low. we need rain. we'll get it. at least an inch of rain may fall with the weather system. here is how it comes together. some spots i know are showing two inches but this is a little bit heavy handed by this model. i think our limit may be an inch and a half. winds whipping out of the east-northeast then there might be minor splashover but our temperatures recover into the latter half of the week. bold sunday by friday, increasing wind tonight. alok the coastline our gusts may be 30s to 40, 45 miles an hour. a little tough for the morning ride with ponding and wheel spray.
