the motel with her mother and her mother's boyfriend. now police have arrested both of them. 41-year-old jazzmyn rood is charged with drug conspiracy and child endangerment. 41-year-old mark ross is charged with dispensing a controlled drug resulting in death, witness tampering and falsifying evidence. and a 31-year-old woman was arrested at her home in salisbury, mass. she's charged with conspiracy, witness tampering and dispensing a controlled drug resulting in death. now all three of these suspects will be arraigned tomorrow. police say this is the eighth opioid overdose death here in this town of rochester, new hampshire, this year. that's the story live from rochester, new hampshire. i'm byron barnett, 7 news. >> kim: and there's more breaking news. a body found on a beach on the south shore. investigators are there and they

missing teenager from mauldin. 7's steve cooper is there in duxbury. what else do we know? any identification on this teen? >> reporter: he's 18 years old from mauldin. we're learning all this from the district attorney's office. keep in mind, the body was found today in plymouth, the location is reachable through land, even things like the harbor master here, emergency responders from the police and fire department were involved as well in eye sifting in the recovery of the body. the d.a. telling us late this afternoon the body washed ashore on the beach, which is near gurnet point in plymouth, that was about 10:00 this morning. the body identified as an 1-year-old male from -- as an 18-year-old male from mauldin. no foul play is suspected here and neighbors say the location where the pod body was found isn't exactly an easy place to reach. >> you can drive out there, but you'd have to live out there, you know, have the right permit

and then the same thing with the beach. so if it's on the outside, that's the beach facing p-town. that's kind of at the bottom of a cliff. >> reporter: the district attorney here in plymouth county timothy cruise telling us it will be the medical examiner who will determine the manner and cause of death here. we're live in duxbury tonight, steve cooper, 7 news. >> kim: and we're following as well. it's whdh.com. you can find details on the 7 news mobile app, updates as well on facebook and twitter. >> adam: the ntsb announcing crews have found the bridge deck of the cargo ship el faro that sank last month. let's get to ryan schulteis, he our newsroom. >> reporter: this could be a big break for investigators. they haven't found the data recorder, but search teams using navy submarines are still looking for the black bock.

and up into maine as we go through the night. finishing off his rokerthon 2 and stopped by just in time to throw some tea into the harbor earlier this afternoon around 4:00. it was quite a sight to see al. i had not seen him in years. he's looking great as usual and he was full of energy, as usual. plenty of tea to throw in and we got to reel it back in. it was quite a scene as we went through the afternoon hours here. and our forecast is still looking a little dismal, too. as we go through this evening. but it will warm up as we go into the latter half of the evening and eventually into tomorrow, too. temperatures rising going through the night and tomorrow and there's also a couple of downpours going through dorchester. a couple more showers springfield to hartford.

this is not a huge rainmaker for us. we do have a lot of wind wind the weather system. it will be coming in late tonight and into tomorrow, too. a gusty day. temps rising through the night. i know that because north adams has been climbing now. up into the mid-50s. boston went up a degree. it's not that bad out here. the wind is almost nonexistent. it does look like the wind will be an issue tomorrow. 30 to 40 miles per hour. cold air. we have some of it back through thunder bay and central ontario. this is still above normal up there. when it comes down here, a cold shot for saturday's forecast. our highs will struggle to meet 50 in many spots. raw, we're a little bit milder tonight. raw for now that is. but low 50s should set us up for a decent start to the day with some sunshine and some clouds. gusty winds tomorrow. seasonable weekend. it's bright and starts a warming trend that we will see going into next weekend. it will become significant, too. and again it looks like our temperatures will be rising well above normal.

tape again with al throwing the tea into the harbor. re-enacting it the best we can as two weather people. whenever we get together, we make it rain as they say. and we had a good time this afternoon. and into this evening. all right. we'll be back with more live reports coming up in just a few. >> kim: also on 7, governor charlie baker weighing in on a fantasy fight after the state of new york tries to knock out daily online gaming sites, saying they're equivalent to gaming. 7's elizabeth noreika has more with what governor baker has to say about that. >> reporter: yeah, kim, new york's attorney general ruled sites like fan duel and draft kings are illegal. same thing in nevada. it's gambling, but here in massachusetts, the attorney general says she's reviewing the sites to see if they violate any laws. she says she wants to make sure people here are protected if they use the sites. and today governor charlie baker weighed in and seems to disagree with new york's ruling. >> i don't think it's gambling. it's a game of skill.

but i have played the free game that's available to get a sense of how it works. i don't think it's gambling. >> reporter: draft kings says they will continue to allow new yorkers to play while they explore all legal possibilities. daily fantasy sites continue to argue that they are a game of skill and not a form of gambling. in the newsroom, elizabeth noreika, 7 news. >> adam. all right. the race for the white house. three republican candidates filed for the new hampshire primary today. senator lindsey graham is now officially set for the granite state vote. he stopped by the secretary of state's office in concord to file the paperwork this morning. senator ted cruz handing his check over to ensure his spot on the primary ballot. he signed all of that paperwork. and rick santorum also signed his paperwork. signed on the dotted line today, making his campaign official. presidential candidates have until november 20th to file in new hampshire, the primary is set for february. and it's crazy that

yeah, he's almost done going through new hampshire right now, up through portsmouth at the u.s.s. albacore and heads up into maine and finishes up. he went all across the country, starring in hawaii, going to alaska, going to the pacific northwest and finishes up in new england, too. way to go, al. our forecast is still a little bleak. we will warm it up through the course of the night tonight. temperatures will be rising as we go through the night. believe it or not. and by morning it's a great set-up for a pretty decent friday forecast. the only thing is we're going to have a lot of wind tomorrow. showers still have them through mawrlboro, -- marlboro and hudson. these have been popping up at random and it looks like we'll have a few more before we finish off the night. late tonight we'll clear it out and big low pressure is right near toronto, ontario. and that pulls away tomorrow, too. this has been a fast-moving weather system. look at the temps out in western mass. north adams and pittsfield in the 50s. so some of that air gets here as we go through the evening tonight and then tomorrow it

will be near 60 degrees. so not half bad. just the wind gusting to near 30, 35 miles per hour. might be a little annoying from time to time. it looks like cold air behind the weather system that comes in on saturday. our temperatures will struggle to meet 50 degrees on that particular day and a good wind, too. so a few showers, clearing late, temperatures in the 40s to low 50s. as we rise through the night and then tomorrow upper 50s and even some low 60s. we're warmest really from boston down through taunton and into attleboro, brockton, too, where we reach into the low 60s. and maybe near 60 degrees tomorrow. quincy about 58. and there you go with our temperatures for the rest of the week. next week that is. the weekend starts cold and finishes a little bit milder. the warming process a little slower next week than it has been in the past. but we eventually get there rising into the upper 60s, maybe even warmer as we go into the latter half of next week. the pattern is unseasonably mild as the west cools down. that seems to be the way it's
