isis. brussels spent the pooekd weekend on high alert. the belgium capital shutdown after authorities received concrete information of a terrorist plot. yesterday, 22 raid led to 16 arrests. salah abdeslam, who is wanted for his involvement in the paris attacks, who is not one of them. french police released the photo of an unidentified man they say was one of the suicide bombers from the november 13th attack. gabe gutierrez joins us now from london with the very latest. good morning, gabe. >> reporter: shannon, good morning. as you mentioned, 16 people were arrested in bellup after 22 raids. this morning, brussel remains on virtual lockdown, the country would stay on its highest alert level through the start of the workweek, because of what he called a serious and imminent it there of a paris style attack. authorities are on the lookout for a potential suicide bomber, they're telling people to avoid

hospitalized this morning after being caught in the middle of gunfire at a park in new orleans last night. according to new orleans police department, as many as 500 people gathered at the park. the crowd did not have a permit and gunshots were fired. investigators did not determine what caused this shooting. they say it may be gang related. music video was being filmed without a permit. but the gathering was primarily a block party after a brass band parade locally none as a second line parade. singer celine dion sang an emotional tribute to the victims of the paris terrorist attacks. pormg a classic against a backdrop of french national landmarks, the performance brought tears to many in the

. in new orleans, the manhunt continues for a suspect caught on video shooting a tulane university medical skunt. 25-year-old peter gold is being hailed as a hero after trying to help a woman he thought was abducted. that's when police say the attacker turned his weapon on gold and demanded money. he shot him once in the stomach. it appears he tries to shoot him again, the weapon gets jammed. a $12,500 reward is being offered for information leading to his capture. >> we know who you are and you need to know that we are going to find you. which need the public's help to do this. but there is no question now
