5:21 pm
for the month of november, 49.2. so we're not on this top five list but i do think we will end the month wrapping up with the top 10 warmest worm. the warm-up continues into tomorrow but we're expecting a front to move through that will push in showers for the weekend. isolated showers and that also takes our temperatures back to normal. so like kim said enjoy if tomorrow because it'll soon be gone as we make if into the weekend. current temperatures still above normal. 51 for boston. norwood 50 degrees for worcester and fitchburg and bedford and it stays fairly mild overnight. those temperatures are so mild muss we've cloud cover that is moving in. in england they say tuck into your meal but that is going to tuck us into the mild air as we work through the overnight hours, if you are planning on standing in line for the black friday sales and you will be a.o.k. maybe mid 40s a touch cool for us, you might need a jacket but hoar is a look at the lows for tomorrow.
5:22 pm
40 for norwood. 42 bedford. temperatures are unable to bottom out overnight. partly cloudy skies through into the morning and then through tomorrow, through most of the day we do see more sunshine than cloud cover so that will help temperatures to once again warm up well above average for this time of year. look at the highs for tomorrow. have them in the low 60s 65 for norwood. the record for tomorrow for boston is actually 72. so we're not coming close to that but this is still very enjoyable for us and then once that front comes through, early on saturday, we're looking for those temperatures to drop back to normal. that is normal for this time of year. into the mid to upper 40s, working through the timeline with front you see the back edge of it? cold irair pushing in snow to northern new england. we're not worried about snow flakes with this one. but isolated showers, a good chance of that overnight friday into saturday. not everybody sees them but it's our next best chance to see some of the much needed rain drops.
5:23 pm
we even out for saturday and sunday and we kick off next week feeling like winter really is on the way. at least with the temperatures. so holiday travel looking good. expect for those showers on saturday. rain showers not snow, we're not worried about ice and we're not worried about ice as we head through the next seven to ten days. i don't think you see any significant cold or storms. possibly some more scattered showers that come along with the temperature boost by the middle of next week. >> kim: new at 5:00, good news, the transit police officer who nearly died while chasing the boston bomber is making a sweet thanksgiving announcement. sargent dick donohue taking to twitter to say that he and his wife are expecting and sargent donohue says the baby boy is due in april. >> adam: well, thanksgiving, they're thankful for the blessing. congratulations to them. thank you so much for spending part of your thanksgiving with us. i'm adam williams. >> kim: we hope you are
