when is it going to school? i would be able to go christmas shopping again. actually outside cues i guess you could say, scenic cues that were just around the connor from christmas and we have to keep on point with the calendar here. 17 days until winter solstice. it's meteorological winter so we already kicked that off just 20 days until christmas. so we have no snow to speak of just yet and i put this together last night to show some recent years where we've seen not much snow within the month of december and then how that season turned out because we all remember last year don't we? hard to forget. i know that's kind of an anomaly so the moral of this story is that is not likely to happen again because that is so out of the ordinary. you can see that the rest of the years we have listed here below normal seasons with 44 inches of snow being an average season for boston. this is kind of 359 earn we have set up for us right now. at least it has been for the

we've got the cold, arctic airlocked up north and storm track to the south and the temperatures are getting milder as we head through this weekend and throughout the next 7 days that i have in the forecast. we are either at average or well above it. current temperatures 47 for boston, down through norwood, 42 for worcester. a touch of a breeze with us today but nothing compared to the winds of yesterday. however, it does add a wind chill so real feel of these temperatures into the 30's for worcester, 42 boston, feel like 39 in bedford so keep that in mind if you still have to take the dogs for a walk this evening evening. clouds moving in for us. they have been through the last few hours. but that really will benefit our temperatures tonight keeping them from free falling. you can see some colors popping up here light snow flurries in western new england and northern new england, even some showers because the temperatures are not cold enough but none of that makes it into our neighborhood tonight. we get this high pressure moving in for us that is sinking

everything out and it keeps clouds from forming which means we insure plenty of sunshine through the weekend. partly cloudy to mostly clear. we'll see clouds move out 30 to 36 a touch above average then tomorrow even milder than today. today was nice. right? you want to it again and we'll boost those temperature up by a couple of degrees and then we do that yet again as we get into sunday. now i am a little uncertain about that on sunday. 60 degrees it, could happen, but it really depends on how much mixing we get. it is very warm upstairs, plus we have bright sunshine to enjoy so it could happen. we could see some low 60's in the forecast as we get into sunday. we just need to get warmer air from up top down closer to the surface. headed to the game? we will see the temperatures very nice for tailgating and then cooling as we head through the night. so sun goes down so make sure you still bring those layers with you. 7 on 7 forecast again showing either average temperatures you see on tuesday or well above it
