and of a potential inspiration by the important terrorist organizations. >> reporter: investigators say the wife pledged support to the leader on facebook while the shooting inside the inland regional center was happening. 14 people died; 21 wounded it has left the city on edge. overnight police evacuated a ups facility and called in the bomb squad after workers discovered a package addressed to the couple's home. it was safe, no threat. we're getting a look inside of the couple's apartment, this is where the investigators poured through documents and scoured their digital trail which they took care to destroy as the f.b.i. looks at the possibility of self-radicalization the family members are speaking out saying they are shocked as anyone. >> i asked myself if i called him that morning or the night before and asked him how he was doing, what he was up to. if i had any inclination maybe i could have stopped it.
