after threats were made to the high schools. list now say the threats were not credible but officials stood by their decision to close the school. >> anchor: it's also some break breaking news in the deflategate appeal. the nfl has just found what's called a reply brief stemming from tom brady's appeal of his deflategate punishment. most know the league us pepped brady four games. brady appealed. a judge overturned roger goodell goodell's decision then goodell appealed. well, brady has had a chance to argue his side and so now it's goodell's turn. the nfl argue the original punishment should stand saying the commissioner was acting that decision. the league is asking the court to resolve this case and let the judges decision stand and we don't expect to hear anything until after the super bowl. >> anchor: 7 news now turning to a no show in court. a warrant now issued for a 19 19-year-old linked to this dangerous hit and run in saugus. police say the guy's father . >> anchor: but when the judge called his name in court today, he wasn't there.

with more on the search for this guy now. play are working do you time after an unexpected game after what court papers show is catch and release. police caught this guy after a search after a pretty bad accident over the weekend not far from the police station. they tracked him down and finley his father brought him in but a magistrate released him and now they are on the lookout for him once more. more.. saugus police pulling out the stops looking for an alleged hit and run driver who turned himself in over the weekend but is now on the run again. investigators say 19 yearly ronald jerose was behind the wheel of this red mustang early saturday morning when it cross the yellow line and smashed head on it a car driven by a pregnant woman. shewas sent to the hospital along with two friends h his car car. all police found of jeroze was the er they say he left behind.

this bike to mick his get away. one of his passengers say the 19 19-year-old driver had been drinking. in court document the passenger told police he would not pull over. the rear passenger put his seat belt on thinking they were probably going to crash. he told detectives that jeroze and the front seat passenger were yelling woo as the car went faster. his father brought his son to the saugus police station where he turned himself in but jeroze was released without having to post bail. when it came time for him to appear in court to face charges of reckless drying action salt with a deadly within and leaving the scene of an accident, jeroze was to where to be found. the judge ebb a juan for his arrest and now police are out looking for him again. saugus play saying they are dis disheart end by the turn of events. so suspect is out there, the victims are still in the hospital and prosecutors say they won't comment on the imagine state's decision to

police say they will catch him again. live in saugus, dan hausle, 7 news. >> anchor: small school bus with children on board crashes into a utility bowl frightening when it happened this morning on chestnut hill avenue in brookline of the police say five students were on board. the driver and one boy had to go to the hospital with minor injuries and we're not getting word yet on what caused the crash. the state fire marshall's office is investigating a deadly fire in westport. the flames break out at this home yesterday. officials say a four-year-old boy was killed. his mother 7-year-old sister and burns. the by's great grandfather said the family was looking forward to christmas celebrations together. you never know from one minute to the next about your children and what's going to happen to them. investigators are trying to figure out if the home had smoke working. a fire breaks out in a pembroke home this morning. this video shows fire fighters

charges last week. he has received lots of backlash after hiking up the price of a life saving drug for aids . >> anchor: a manhunt intensify intensifying tonight for a texas teen-ager who killed four people while driving drunk. this is the teen-ager known for his successful a nfl uenza defense in court claiming his family's welt spoiled him leading him to drive drunk. investigators believe his mother may be the one helping hill while he is on the run. the u.s. marshall service says it believes someone must be helping fugitive ethan couch allude capture. if it's mother, tanya, who also went missing nine days ago, it just got harder for her to hide as well. tonight the district attorney officially listed tanya couch as a missing person which means she will also show up on national police databases. he is getting help. we just to find out how he is doing that . would it be his mother? i think it's a safe assumption of we have not yet

rescue teams continue their search for survivors in calmer waters this morning . >> anchor: and passengers on a paris bound plane that made an emergency landing safe and sound sound. those passengers more than 400 in total landed safely in trance today on a different flight. investigators found a fake bomb on that plane which made an emergency landing in kenya yesterday. police say six passengers being questioned about that incident. >> anchor: the obama administration is adding lions in africa to the endangered species list meaning a permit will now be required to bring a lion trophy into the united states. this move comes five months after the death of scecil in zimbabwe. france put into place a similar plan. great britain said it will do the same thing come 2017. anyone convicted of violating federal or state wildlife laws would be denied a permit including dr. walter palmer. palmer is the dentist from minnesota who killed cecil the lion. he bled guilty to 2008 to making false statement to federal
