this is 7 news at 4:30. we begin here a 4 connie 30 with breaking news you can see children been led off this school bus in framingham that was involved in accident. emergency crews swarming that scene there in framingham. let's get right over to breaking news desk. adam williams has gathering more information for us on this, adam >> jadiann and ryan, this is live look at eagle road in framingham where the school bus and at least one car were involved in this accident. live pictures here. you can look down at the right front fender bumper area bumper is off the bus there. we don't have any official word on injuries right now. we do have video from short time ago when children were being led off the bus. you can see there, that firefighters and rescuers were there to get the children off the bus and put them on another bus to get them to their final drove off locations. this is blocking off that

it appears there one other car involved with this school bus. there are four, five, maybe even six ambulances on scene right now attending to any injuries. that might have happened there when collision happened at that intersection. based on how far the white car is from the bus, or whether the driver backed up it appears that the accident happened right there. >> but what we're working on right now trying to figure out how many kids were on that board bus what kind of injuries we may or may not be talking about. but lot of the kids and even rescuers on that curve upper left-hand side of scene there as they continue to process this accident scene. and more updates right here as 7 news continues on our breaking news desk i'm adam williams. thank you so much adam. also today game on for a project years in the making. battle. the city of boston has reached a deal with wynn casinos.

dropping an expensive lawsuit. victoria warren has the details. >> reporter: a piece of the casino action is coming to boston after all. mayor marty walsh announcing a deal with wynn casinos. >> myself steve wynn had a conversation we said let's try to work a deal out casino is getting built in everett that means big impact on boston. people would have to use city roads and utilities, especially affecting charleston. the agreement is worth millions. >> wynn will pay $31 million over 15 years for community improvements. additional $25 million will go to improve infrastructure around sullivan square, and wynn also agrees to try to spend $20 million a year for 15 years in boston businesses. >> this isn't about winning and losing this is about moving forward. on heels of a judge is? ing a lawsuit the city tried to bring against wynn. the mayor says rather than

more lawsuits, the city went with the hand they were dealt. >> i'm not really excited. i'm glad we're going to looking putting this behind us and moving forward. there's other big issues in city we have to deal with. speaking of that lawsuit boston had already dropped $1.7 million into it as part of this agreement, wynn has agreed to pay the city back for some of that money. in everett, victoria warren, 7 news. a virginia murder suspect tracked down in fitchburg is in critical condition today. police say 43-year-old dana williams shot himself in the apartment wednesday. they say he killed his former father-in-law in virginia and mother-in-law. he she is still missing. victim's family says the motive was revenge. he wanted to punish the family. he knew that he could punish the family by getting to my mom and my step dad. >> police say william had been hiding out in fitchburg since

>> millville police searching for three robbers on run say they have identified one suspect police are now looking for are this man right here who she say broke into apartment tuesday afternoon. authorities say he was two other men all armed and dangerous. there with handguns they made away with undisclosed amount of cash. convenience store in salem, number robbed for second time in one week. police say a man walked into store demanding money from the clerk. and a believe he had gun in his pocket he matches description of another robbery last thursday. >> the hingham ma'am held hostage in iran more than month speaking out first time about his time in cap activity. matthew was in iran studying when he was taken into custody outside of his dorms. nancy chen has more about what he's saying about that experience. >> i was arrested on street just walking on street on way to but you my ticket to come home. matthew says within an hour of standing on the street he was a sitting in an interrogation cell in iranian prison.

here, and just going to describe the scene for you a little bit. white four door vehicle on scene with a heavy front end damage. most of the damage is on that car. just got look at the school bus. not a lot of damage to front of that school bus. but front bumper of vehicle is still sitting right no front of it. there's a second school bus on scene here with some kids on board. we've been told that school bus is here to take those kids away. part of e street is still blocked off. ambulance here. ever source energy is also on scene here. we're trying to gather few more details. but like i said a four door white vehicle has heavy front end damage. and that's where most of this damage in fact looks tock right now. school bus not a lot of damage there. but for right now still trying to gather details we will bring more when we can. all right john before you go i don't know if you know this yet, do you know which elementary school these children were coming from? >> could say one more time

tax break that was sought of an incoming. police are investigating a sexting scandal a high school in connecticut. three students have been arrested and now facing several charges including the possession of child pornography. police say they shared pictures of naked classmates on social media 20 other students will go before a community based juvenile review board. that group will likely be punished with community service. >> i'm kind of disgusted by it. i mean, we're minors it shouldn't going on at all. i know i think parents need to be more careful about what they are doing with social media and how do you, how do you watch that? that's a tough one. but, something's got to be done about it. it's certainly not a good thing. >> and all of this students accused in this case are minors. police in virginia are investigating an apparent murder suicide leaving six people dead. officers responding to welfare check yesterday afternoon discovered a body inside the home there. investigation led them to nearby

he throws his hands up, appearing to surrender but that doesn't stop 5 marion county deputies from pummeling him with a flurry of kick and punches. pounding on his head, neck and body while he's down. at no time do you see him put up a fight. video from another angle body camera footage from one deputies tells a different tale. one that appears to be misleading. they scream a price to stop resisting and put your hands behind your back. he even cut body camera off at one point. >> but back to surveillance video it makes strong case he was not resist marion county sheriff says the video shook him to core. as soon as i saw this video all 5 individuals were suspended without pay. i personally felt that their actions were egregious enough that they should never receive another dime from the marion county taxpayers. a deputy was fired following the incident and an earlier this week he was charged with civil rights violations.
