the middle of the street. nowky 7 got video of children being taken off that bus. we're told 40 kids were on the bus at the time. we're also told 13 children were transported from the action scene. we're told they have minor injuries according to the a framingham superintendent's office. white four door vehicle also involved it had damage to front end, that driver was put into ambulance. initially, police have this area blocked off. we spoke with two pafrnts who were here to pick their children. this their children coming from school. here. >> i'm so relieved because i'm so, i just i just i was so i was crazy because oh my gosh. something happened to her i don't know what i'm going to do. but thank god. everything's fine. cleared. the school bus that was right

last night ending a long legal battle. victoria warren has the full story. >> a piece of the casino action is coming to boston after all. mayor marty walsh announcing a deal with wynn casinos. myself and steve wynn had a conversation. and we said let's try and work a deal out casino is being built in everett people would have to use city roads and utilities especially affecting charleston. the agreement is worth millions. wynn will pay $31 million over 15 years for community improvements. an additional $25 million will go to improve infrastructure around sullivan square, and wynn also agrees to a try to spend $20 million a year for 15 years in boston businesses. >> this isn't about winning or losing about moving forward that's what this deals all about on heels of a judge dismissing a lawsuit the city tried to bring against wynn. the mayor says rather than
