"early today" starts right now. good morning. breaking news in oregon. the fbi has negotiated a surrender of the last of the occupiers of an oregon wildlife refuge. in a live stream of a phone conversation, the occupiers said they would surrender this morning but only if they're escorted by nevada politician and the reverend franklin graham, the son of famed evan jlest, billy graham. the fbi then swarmed the refuge, block all entrances and exits negotiations. ammon bundyti and others were arrested a couple weeks ago. ammon bundy's father was arrested by the fbi late last night and taken into federal

>> christa: okay. we'd like the raise the temperatures. i don't think that's going to happen however. not too bad, though, this morning to start off. >> sarah: this weekend will be pretty bad, though. >> andy: we'll be cringing this weekend. temperatures below zero by sunday morning. good morning, everyone. not close to that now. it's below freezing. 20 in norwood. 27 in boston. winds about 5 to 15mph. it's going to be a breezy day. you'll notice today, breezier, as well, as colder outside. the radar mainly quiet here in the commonwealth this morning. so a couple snow showers down through connecticut and a few back through the berkshires. the theme today, kind of like yesterday, some of these scattered snow showers and snow squalls working on in, but nothing terribly organized to the west of us. so it's not like the entire state will see snow showers at the same time. they will be hit-and-miss. you see the nature of hit the afternoon, but with enough energy working through and instability, a couple of those snow squalls could give you a coating to an inch in spots. that will be hit or miss throughout the day.
