evacuate after investigators say they uncoverrd a covered a meth lab. police were called to the scene for reports of an overdose. >> that's when they made the discovery. kelli is live in attleboro tonight. >> reporter: good evening. a real scary situation inside this house. you can see the lights are on. no one is home. that's because the homeowner there was rushed to the hospital. he was released but police arrested him. he's now behind bars. >> shocking. >> there's no signs signs. no smells. nothing crazy going on. >> reporter: neighbors in this neighborhood, surprised shock that the man living next door was cooking meth inside. >> you always worry about, you know, today's people. some of them are a little crazy out there. you wouldn't think there would be a meth lab a stone's throw away from your house. >> i can't believe it's a couple >> reporter: investigators got a

inside. when officers walked through the door, they say they saw enough to shut down the neighborhood for a while. investigators say crystal meth was being made inside. for hours, men in suits taking care of the situation. bagging up the drug paraphernalia and making sure the man who lived here didn't have the goods to make meth again. >> how do you know? how did the police know? the house is quiet. they don't know, right? you can't just smell meth -- you don't just go in there and x-ray. the the house. >> reporter: again, back out here live in attleboro at the scene of where this meth house was discovered. all of those meth-making teams are gone from the home. the 52-year-old man is behind bars facing several serious charges. in attleboro, kelli o'hara, 7 news night team. police have a suspect in custody in connection with a stabbing in dorchester.

on columbia road and then rode off on an atv. the teen was rushed to the hospital an is fighting for his life tonight. police make a shocking dorchester. investigators finding this loaded gun inside a baby's basso net. police say they also in seized nearly $1,000 worth of cocaine an heroin from the home. two people were taken into custody. they've been charged with drug possession and illegal possession of a firearm. a party in westbridge water takes a wild turn. dozens of people under arrest after partygoers took the celebration too far. our report is live in west bridge water with more on how this went down. john? >> reporter: nick, police say people were everywhere, in the house here 0 out on the front lawn. and this sticker is on the front door and it says, unsafe. bridge water police say this

to a loud and out of control party lasting into theearly-morning hours sunday. officers reported seeing people drinking and breaking things inside the home. they heard yelling and glass shattering. >> i know the kids have parties all of the time. i didn't hear anything out of the ordinary last night. >> reporter: the house is just off the bridge water state campus. police say many of the people inside the home were under 21. they also found street signs on display. bridge water officers requested the fire department inspect the home for safety hazards. this sticker is now on the front door. >> i have never seen the cops over there before but i mean, i know the kids have party and i just figure they are college kids and get together, whatever. >> reporter: in all, 41 people were arrested, including the two men that live there. >> you never know. the kids had alcohol and -- you never know what might happen. >> reporter: police are working with the university on the police. the statement the chief said in part, this is not the typical result of a police response it a

it won't be neck like today. that's when we are a expecting the midweek storm to bring rain. seeing rain showers stretching cries the south coast tonight. and that activity will continue into the wee hours of the morning. all the while the temperatures are dropping. you can see the radar returns are already bringing some snow and even some rain/snow mix to parts of northern connecticut. that could be the face for far southeast mass through tomorrow morning. slippery spots are a possibility. keep that in mind as those temperatures much colder by the morning. 26 to 34. highs tomorrow around 40 for most. we'll talk about that midweek storm and more in more detail in a minute. first responders in a firefight at a cambridge site galleria store. the mall had to be evacuated when a small fire broke out inside. everyone was evacuated while firefighters rushed in to battle the flames. take a look at what it looks like inside here. informs tracking down the trouble.

to get all of the smoke out of the building. investigation. in new hampshire, firefighters on the scene of a big fire. this is in goffstown. an old commercial warehouse caught fire earlier today. the fire started this afternoon at the abandoned building. it's on mast road. firefighters say burning embers caused nearby buildings to catch fire as well. loss. they are still investigating the cause of the fire. new at 11:00 -- amazing grace >> community members coming together in kalamazoo county michigan, this after a shooting rampage that left six people dead. a suspect in the shootings carried out at random is now in custody. police have identified the shooter as 45-year-old jason dalton. they say he's the a driver from uber who drove from place to

they say he even picked up unknowing uber passengers in the middle the night. one passenger is speaking out saying he knew something was car. house. he got a telephone call. after that telephone call, he started driving really erratic erratically, running stop signs, driving through medians, driving through the lawn speeding along and finally when i came to a stop, i jumped out of the car and ran away. i'm upset, i tried to contact uber afterwards after i talked to the police saying we needed to get this guy off the road. >> jason dalton will be in court tomorrow to face charges in those shooting deaths. it was lights out for donald trump today in the race for the white house. >> they were probably sent here so that we would put them in our jails because to put them in our jails, they didn't pay the electric bill.

the wife of bill cosby fighting back after a judge orders her to testify in her husband's sexual assault case. camille cosby called the court last week. >> but now she's filing a last-ditch request to avoid having to answer questions in court. >> i don't want to -- >> bill cosby gave his last interview in 2014. his wife of more than 50 years at his side. >> if you wanted to respond at all about whether any of that was true. >> there's no response. >> ka kneel cosby may face tougher questions when she's deposed on monday in a case against her husband.

island nation is struggling to recover after a powerful storm. cyclone winston wiped out hundreds of homes and killed at least ten people on saturday. the government declared a 30-day state of emergency with schools ordered to close and now government workers are expected to head back to work and the international airport has reopened. honeymooned in fiji with my wife in november. beautiful place to stay. the people are so friendly. but you can imagine the damage with those really strong winds. a lot of their homes are not held up by much. they get by with what they have there. so that deve stakes is hard to see. >> that's what you were saying. it looked like some of those homes would fall over on their wind. >> the people are strong. they will get through it. bri, obviously a much different story we are but we'll see rain. >> yes, we are. we are in for a midweek storm. it doesn't look like a snowstorm for us. we'll get to that in a second. but how about this turnaround from that last to this weekend?

what a difference from a week ago when we were 9 below zero. similar story for was worcester. we're sitting at our technical low as the temperatures are falling back. it was warmer this spring. spring-like weather is out. you can see this weak disturbance to the south of us that's bringing rain showers to the south coast through buzzards bay. we have a more moderate blip of rain moving across the vineyard. that moisture and precipitation stays south of the mass pike as we run through the time line. as the temperatures drop through the time line some of that could be mixing in with snow and all snow before it shuts down at 3:00, 4:00 in the morning. i dent expect anything in the way of accumulation. a possible coating. that's it. 26 to 34 for tomorrow morning. the kids heading to the bus gonna need the coat.

more sunshine in store for us. that sunrise at 6:31. we're definitely gaining the daylight. here's the slight chance for the showers across the south coast. we're dry for monday, tuesday. wednesday is a different story. that storm moving in looks to be a long duration event. this overrunning precipitation runs into some cold air that's in place overnight tuesday into early wednesday. whens when when we that's when we could see a wintry mix. but the track to the west of us, which means that we see mostly rain with this one and a wind-driven rain at that. breaking it down into bullet point, snow and ice overnight tuesday into wednesday. well inland. then it changes to rain by midday wednesday. then we're in for gusty windsant a lot of rain. an inch to two not out of the question. i think maybe this particular forecast model is overdoing it
