a new report revealing allegations of racism at boston latin scale. the city >> turns out there have been more than 100 reports of incidents at the school in the past several years. adam williams at the breaking news desk with the details for us. adam. >> jadiann, ryan, the results of this investigation come after a firestorm of allegations of racism at the school in recent months. they detail more than 100 incidents at the school since 2012. boston latin's headmaster along with another top administrator

fire after students organized a movement called black at bls, advocating for change at protests and online, outside investigators were leased the findings today. the study revealed 115 reports of alleged racial bias at the school. six of those cases involved administrators failing to take action. four were teachers that didn't follow policy and is seven students were determined to be at fault. laid out recommendations for handling racial under thes in the future including discipline and training. at our breaking news desk, adam williams, 7news. a new hampshire man with a notorious past under arrest again. police are airing leagueland eisenburg on bank robbery charges. >> he took hostages at a clinton campaign hostages four years ago

in manchester with more on what's going on here. >> jadiann, police believe that eisenburg has a drug problem which apparently prompted the bank robbery and now he's back behind bars leland eisenburg faces bank robbery can drug charges. he handed a teller a note which read no alarms, no dye packs. i have a gun, i will sho pack in. fill the bag with cash now. >> he alluded to the fact that he was armed with a weapon and it scared the teller and she was in fear of her life and safety. >> reporter: the suspect didn't hide behind a mask, police recognized eisenburg from the photos and detectives spoke with a construction worker who said he had done time with eisenburg and saw hip near the bank. eisenburg was arraigned remotely from the hospital after being arrested last night at valley cemetery, near the manchester

robber. they say he hit two stores and detectives are studying surveillance video to try to find out more. >> reporter: a man with a knife bursts in threat tension the women working the cash register. >> it was an armed robbery with a knife. the clerks were both -- were obviously both extremely upset and scared. >> reporter: the first crime at a liquor store while police were arriving there, a second call came in two miles away. woman working there to the point she needed to get checked out at the hospital. >> i remember the car and the gentleman running. >> reporter: this man thinks he may have gotten a good look at the suspect. >> all of a sudden when i got out of the car, i saw a gentleman, tall, skinny, wearing a hat running around the corner, got right into the sanota and sped right off. >> reporter: billerica police

quickly thanks in part to having extra officers on for national night out. >> it's a depressing way to cap what turned out to be a really great event. >> reporter: billerica police say they do have surveillance video from the two stores. at this point they're not releasing it but they say that could change depending on how the investigation goes. in billerica, victoria warren, 7news. so police find a body in wilmington today. they believe it is a missing teenaged girlm sky 7 where police found the body near the woods. this was behind a home near glen road where investigators say the 18-year-old was last seen. so ira was last seen monday night. officials say the death does not seem suspicious. they have not yet confirmed that the body they is found that though of the missing teenager. one person taken to the hospital after a car rolls over in lynn crashing right into a utility pole.

>> they gave detectives information on who they thought put the baby under the bridge i thought the information that we got was very credible, given how it came to us and who it came to us from. >> reporter: detective 93 paulson was assigned the baby john doe case two years ago. >> it is emotional, if you think about the circumstances of the case, you know, this baby was left for dead. >> one tip has led police to a person of interest. >> we're aware of -- that the person of in this area still. >> reporter: on thursday the baby's body will be exhumed for dna testing. >> dna evidence wasn't available back then. dna evidence is now available. so that will play a major role in this investigation. >> reporter: the dna will be sent to the university of north texas. no word when the results will come back. caught on camera, a holy hold-up in arkansas. pastor accused of robbing a convenience store. you can see on the surveillance

counter with his shirt over his face and demanding cash there. when the clerk refuses, a robber said it was a joke and then he leaves. about an hour later police say the same pastor robbed a nearby walmart store, that store clerk says he can't believe this all happened. >> i'm actually a passenger. i don't know any passenger that would play that kind of sick joke.

pennsylvania just afternoon cumulous clouds blowing up in the sky. bedford 84. boston 78. south coast and the cape numbers in the middle and upper 70s. dewpoint temperatures, 40s to the 50s. a very comfortable air mass out there with humidity remaining low and that'll be the case through tonight and even into tomorrow. for tonight, mostly clear and comfortable. lows down into the 50s for most of us. don't need the little bit warmer. lower 60s. for early august that's not too shabby. a little warm we're tomorrow, but low humidity. high temps tomorrow between 80 and 86, which again is pretty close to normal for august. west beach at 79 and down the south shore into portions of buzzard's bay, onset at 78.

raz we make the view a little bit wider on the islands, the numbers will be in the middle 70s. friday much the same. a little more humidity around on friday but not overwhelming. not tropical with temperatures on friday into the mid-80s. saturday is a warm and somewhat humid day. it'll be a one day thing, though. just like that here comes a cool front which is not really leading to any cle sunday. is. the problem though is this front will pop a few isolated storms sound. i know we have a lot of outdoor activities going on saturday. so there is the risk of a few scattered showers and storms, not widespread and in any event as we work into sunday we are dry once again. non-tropical but here's where we do have a tropical system. tropical storm earl and that may become a hurricane. this is close to belize right

miles passing newton corner and then again out after the west tin tolls. if we are checking what's happening right downtown, what a mess. this shows 93 in and out of the city at a slow crawl. 93 north stays had heavy and slow from right here on the zakim up through medford. and then again out past river road. as you can see, the lever connector is backed up both ways, and if you are on the tobin inbound on the lap ramp it's all jammed up, as w home this afternoon. i'm jackie murphy, 7news. new security chips causing some credit card controversy. they were installed to help prevent fraud, but retailers and shoppers say they eat up a lot of time at the register. >> and some say the feature doesn't really provide extra security. >> the road from swipe cards to chip cards has been a bumpy ride for many shoppers. >> it takes so long. it takes forever. >> i've left it in there and

the other person is like, hey, come back. >> only some places have it. you never know if you're supposed to insert it or not. >> the industry says fake cards account for nearly half of all fraud. >> thieves at this point do not know how to counterfeit the chip that's on your card. therefore this eliminates the counterfeit cards at the brick and mortar stores. >> reporter: visa says counterfeit fraud is down 35% with stores with chip rrs internet fraud. thieves can still use your card online to rack up big charges and there's the cost of buying chip readers. $30 billion nationwide, too much for some small business. >> it would cost anywhere between $11 and $18,000. >> reporter: that's why this l.a. restaurant manager is sticking with swipe readers for now. she says processing checks would also take up to three times as long. >> at that point i'm losing a lot of revenue because the
