announcing today they've completed their investigation that complaints of racism at boston latin school. the school investigated more than 100 alleged incidents. >> in a hand full of cases, the school leaders and this report's opinion didn't handle things properly, adam housley at the school now with breaking details. >> well, we've been hearing for months allegations of racial bias incidents here at boston we have hard numbers from a group of investigators brought in by the city to look in to the allegations for racial bias. students began going online to complain, forming a group called black at bls that have raised the profile of concerns giving a strong voice to minority students who say they are

incidents at boston lat even. what they say was a lax response by teachers and administrators at school. investigators say they looked into 155 reports of alleged racial bias at boston latin since 2014. out of those 155 reports, investigators say they found six cases where administrators failed to take the appropriate action, four cases where teachers failed to follow district policy, and seven cases where students were at the reports said the nature and the extent of student and staff inexperience are comparable to what we've seen in many racially diverse schools across the country. >> the school says it's following up with discipline in some cases and they say the school district is going to have some classroom discussions all crass the district about race. at the same time the reports said the school district needs to do a better job communicating

center. sky 7 over everett where crews are getting ready to break down on the nguyen 1 casino tomorrow. it comes just days after the city of somerville decided not to appeal the decision to give wynn resort as waterfront construction permit. the controversial resort will be the state's first las vegas style casino and set to open in 2019. also on 7news, a medical marijuana dispensary in boston is open for business. it's one of seven, actually, now open in the commonwealth. but it's the first one here in the city of pretty busy today. byron barnett live outside the dispensary to show us more. >> yeah, boston opened its doors this afternoon located on milk street here patients we talked to today say they're happy it's here and medical marijuana has given them their lives back. >> what do you have there?

the white house responding to a pretty alarming report saying the u.s. may have been involved in a controversial deal with iran. the boston journal reports they secretly airlifted $400 million in cash to iran and it was the first installment of a settlement over a failed arms deal with the country. that deal was made back in the 70s. but the deal is being criticized for its timing. so. the transfer happened on the same day as t the release of four u.s. hostages. critics say the muffin was a ransom patients for those americans, which is against american policy, there is still more money to be left -- left to be paid and the total is $1.7 billion. marco rubio demanding the federal go. to give money to help fight the zika outbreak saying there is $300 million available to spend on that flight.
