>> okay. wear your glasses. it's hard to see. >> yeah. then you'll start adding hot chicken stock. you just want to stir and stir and stir until the chicken broth starts to cook off. >> did you tell me to toss this somehow? >> no, you're good. you would toss that and put it in the oven, it would come out just like that. >> you roast it for how long, heather? >> seven minutes. >> this is cooked risotto. the key is to stir and stir. then you get that nice creamy texture without dairy. >> without da heat, add more raw corn kernels. >> okay. >> just the heat will naturally cook it slightly. we would add the pesto. >> that i messed up. >> that's okay. >> everybody understands. >> we would stir this all together. you want to season it with kosher salt. then serve it up like this. i love kosher salt. season to taste. >> nice showmanship there. >> thank you. yes. presentation. >> it totally is.
