? on "today's food," we're going to wrap up a week of farmers' market finds. one way of getting your delicious veggies are breakfast pizza. my son and i go to the great barrington farmers' market on the weekends and this place, somo catering makes a great breakfast pizza, so i've been trying to make it at home and i think it's worked out well. you start with garden-fresh stuff like basil, arugula, tomatoes, cheeses, eggs, farmers' market, store-bought pizza. or you can make your own. start, we want to get different layers of flavor. cut cloves of garlic in half, put them in the oven about 15 minutes at 350, and they'll come out like this. you're going to make a nice compound garlic butter. you want to make sure the garlic doesn't burn because then it becomes bitter. and you squeeze out the cloves of garlic in there and it's really great because it adds an extra layer of flavor. you just push that out.

italian type, prosciutto, cooked bacon. put that on top. again, the great part about this is you're using everything that's come from the farmers' market, all right? then you're going to put on your cherry tomatoes, you spread it around. we've got some great barada cheese you can put in there. >> this is amazing. you make this for your family? >> i do. i do. >> oh, my god. >> you put a little hole in the middle, and then to a breakfast flavor, you're going to put an egg right in the middle. >> you put the egg on before you start baking it, really? >> you've really prebaked the crust. >> the crust. >> then you'll put this back in the oven for another six, seven, eight minutes -- 12 minutes. make it 12 minutes, until that gets set. you could leave it in a little bit longer if you like your egg a little more done. and you end up with something looking like this. >> al, it's phenomenal. >> and i -- you know what, it's just -- and people can make their own. you can have a little pizza
