they say mayor richard or scott silver thorn tried to give police methamphetamine during an undercover sting operation. police arrested him in the park lot of a hotel. officials say they have been watching the mayor since july. the reason this investigation started was because of allegations of him supplying methamphetamine in exchange for sex. >> anchor: the virginia mayor is facing sever charges including felony distribution of meth am felon mean. >> anchor: a 24 yearly man has been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter and two count of reckless conduct. the 15-month-old girls were left inside an suv thursday night. the father and some neighbors tried to cool them off by put them in a shallow pool but they never regained consciousness. there is no reason for it. i'm hoping that maybe he didn't mean to do it because this is something he will have to live

i would say 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. with most of the activity around the metro winding down after 5:00. there may be one or two stragglers that come out of new hampshire late tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow evening. now as that main line comes through mid afternoon there may be one or two stronger storms with brief, heavy rain, frequent lightning and winds may be gusting over 40, 45 miles per hour. tough to say right now exactly who would get that or even how strong winds would be but there will be some wind energy in the atmosphere tomorrow pushing this cold front along which helps us out because sometimes these england and then tanks your weekend with clouds and showers and this one keeps on moving so that on sunday smartly sunny skies and less humid. it's dry on monday as well looking good into early next week. so sunday again with that being the brighter of the two days but with that said there will be sunshine tomorrow. damaging the scattered showers and storms temperatures both weekend days in the upper 80's. pan mass challenge this weekend heads up to the riders and volunteers and scattered storms tomorrow afternoon but not widespread. then as we look into next week
