speak with lochte and another swimmer. ryan schulteis with developing details. >> reporter: ordered lochte and another swimmer to stay in the country. the judge ordered the swimmer's passports seized while authorities investigate they were robbed at gun point. police say there is little evidence so far to support their claims. say the swimmers weren't available to provide key details out of the car and on to the ground. >> i refused. i was like we didn't do anything wrong. i'm not getting down on the ground. then the guy pulled out his gun. he caulked it put it on my forehead. i put my hands up whatever. he took our money. he took our wallet.

olympic zone special. getting you ready for prime time in rio each night of the olympic games. nancy chen is live in rio for the summer games. checking in with her tonight on 7 news a late edition after prime time olympics. >> anchor: developing in the town of harvard. this is no fun. just a mess. debris all over the road. this is the ramp off route 2 westbound at exit 38 b. causing major delays. crews are working to clean up they say all evening long. >> anchor: now get to a story you will see on just one station. people who live in boston's back bay are on alert. someone is posting fliers about a peeping tom. neighbors say someone has been spying on them while they're inside their homes. jadiann thompson is live in the back bay. >> reporter: you can only imagine so many concerned people

these fliers. these are stapled to multiple trees. now they're getting the attention of local police. a back bay neighborhood on alert. >> yeah, it was creepy. >> reporter: warnings posted all along marlboro street making sure people keep eyes peeled for a possible peeping tom. the flier said the person was seen in neighborhood yards a few weeks ago. >> i thought i should close my blinds spotted driving by in a white ford pickup truck. boston police in district 4 say they've taken a number of reports about this. they're on the look out and sending more patrols. >> everyone is diligent. if they see something they'll call the police. >> hopefully they catch whoever it is. i'm down on a garden level. it will be nice to know. >> reporter: people here will do

activity through pennsylvania. another batch of rain activity through central canada. this weather system moving into central new england tomorrow with clouds. there could be isolated showers tomorrow morning on the cape and the islands. another round of isolated showers in the worcester hills tomorrow afternoon. sort it out for you in the weekend forecast in a few minutes. ; also on 7 a massive oak tree crashing down on a home in north reading. the branch is taking out a set of power lines. hard for neighbors who spent the day dealing with this power problem. tim caputo live in north reading weapon the latest on how things are going there. tim. >> reporter: crews left a short time ago. they spent the better part of 6 hours cutting up a tree. the damage in that home is already done.

a second like it might not hit the house. but it did. >> reporter: the huge tree fell around noon today. the tree split in 2. tearing down power lines on county road. >> it wasn't as loud as you would think. it was pretty loud. >> reporter: she was the only person home. she wasn't hurt. >> obviously if i had been coming down the hill 10 seconds later on my bike i wo gotten hit. >> reporter: there was damage in the home. >> and i could see daylight. i shut the door. >> reporter: it could have been worse. >> it's one end of a house upstairs in the bedroom that we don't use. >> reporter: people on this block a say it was a little bit breezy. >> just a little bit of wind not bad. >> i think the drought conditions had something to do with it. there was exact same type of

olympics started. >> anchor: she's rocking and rolling. >> anchor: fencing and trampolining. she's a great sport. >> reporter: she was great in soy. we are talking temperatures in the upper 70s. norwood at 77. bedford 76. dew point temperatures they are in the 50s. we talked about that at the top of the newscast. the dew point temps started in the 70s. wind this afternoon. what happened here? it shows thank you the wind we had this away. nobody is reporting a gusting wind. there is a breeze out there. that wind gust where you have 25 30 miles per hour that has faded away. partly cloudy had skies. that's the case tonight with temperatures 60 to 67. i know we've had a lot of humidity recently. overnight thunderstorms and you're losing sleep here and there. no storms tonight and less humidity than what we have seen.
