of the gps bracelet and have spent the last 24 hours plus trying to track him down. >> he was on a gps bracelet. from all the information we have, he cut that bracelet off. that's why we weren't able to locate him as quick as we wanted to. but we were on to about 15 houses over the last 16 hours looking for him. and you know, we had everyone possible looking and limb this afternoon -- him this afternoon. >> reporter: he was arrested around 3:30 this afternoon. about a day and a half after this sexual assault happened. we are told he will be in court tomorrow morning facing a number of charges including aggravated rape, aggravated kidnapping, very similar to the charges that he was convicted of about 8, 9 years ago. tim caputo, 7 news. >> jadiann: we're following breaking news, a small plane forced to land on a sand bar in the middle

because of some engine trouble that the pilot reported. the pilot was not hurt. >> adam: quite a challenge to figure out how to get the plane out of there. kelli o'hara is on the phone with some more information for us right now. >> reporter: good evening, the pilot is lucky to be alive after a scare in the sky. the pilot landing safe and sound in the middle of the quabbin. just before 4:00 in the town of north salem we're told by the control he was having engine problems. before making an emergency landing on a sand bar in the middle of the reservoir. he found a dry piece of land and in the middle of the 39 square miles that the reservoir covers. the pilot okay. the plane is intact. the f.a.has been notified and they're out. there the challenge for state police is getting that plane off of the water.

witness tampering for allegedly asking his victim to keep quiet. jesmer's neighbor who didn't want to appear on camera calls the situation sad for everyone. >> he was a nice guy. i mean until you see him do something like that and you wonder why. >> reporter: manchester police say they have evidence jesmer had sex with a 134-year-old girl, a parishner in his church office june 8th. police say there have been prior 6th at the girl's home. neighbors say jesmer is marry and had two young daughters, no one was home this afternoon. >> i see them and i don't see them having issues. >> reporter: seemed happy. >> seemed very happy. very happy family. >> reporter: a police report says jesmer confided to another pastor he felt bad and had crossed the line. he was immediately terminated for "moral failure." jesmer has a christian blog on-line. his most recent post came in
