carolina as well. so if we could get this advancing here you'll eventually see this area of low pressure, tropical depression 9, could become a tropical storm by the time we go into this afternoon. it looks like it will produce up to 10 to 15 inches of rain across parts of florida especially by the time we get to the end of the week. as for the storm in north carolina, we will see up to 1 to 3 inches of rain and also the rough surf and rip currents. both storms will eventually move away by the time we get into the >> good tuesday morning, everyone. we start off with sunshine. very comfortable saturday to the day with low humidity in place. only rain chance over the next several days will be on thursday with scattered showers and storms. warping it up tomorrow, temperatures, 85-90?, and here's the front producing scattered showers and storms on thursday. behind that front, we cool it off close to seasonal levels
