broken golf club. the man was loaded into a helicopter to be to a hospital. this happened during a fight at northwest metro tech a vocational school. 7 news crew on the way. we'll bring you more information as we get it. a violent arrest in framingham caught on camera. >> anchor: the suspect in the case a mixed martial arts fighter. video and details from the framingham police department >> reporter: fists flying as 2 framingham police officers wage a ferocious battle with marcus bino inside his girlfriend's apartment early sunday morning. >> we asked you nicely put your hands behind your back. you are under arrest. >> reporter: the officers one man and one woman tried to arrest bino after answering a domestic violence call here. police say bino's girlfriend who was shooting this video called

beating her up. police say bino is a trained mma fighter. >> when the officers arrive today appeared the man was waiting for them. they tried to apprehend him and a violent struggle ensued. >> reporter: the brawl is said to have lasted 10 minutes with bino appearing to get most of the blows in on the male officer. but the female officer battled back hard. >> let go of him. >> when you're on the force and you're out there. people don't disiinate. doesn't matter if you're a man or woman. you have to hold your own. which she did. >> reporter: able to slow bino down with a stun gun. police say bino kept fighting until he was eventually handcuffed and arrested. >> if you see that video you see our officers used a proportional amount of force and restraint

her story. >> reporter: jesse proud is voluntarily revealing her name and her face. paving the way for other victims to come forward and let them know they're not alone. >> i was raped. >> reporter: jesse proud sitting down with savannah guthry talking about her 2014 encounter with owen labrie and the trial that followed. >> in the pursuit of justice i would have done anything. >> reporter: labrie was convicted of sexual assault but not rape. >> they said he he did it knowingly. that frustrated me a lot. he definitely did do it knowingly. the fact that he was still able to pull the wool over a group of people's eyes bothered me a lot. just disgusted me. >> reporter: proud left the prestige arious prep that she and labrie were students. graduating boys tried to have sex with younger girls. claiming officials failed to

protect children entrusted to its care. >> unfortunately it seems like the school's reputation became more important rather than supporting our daughter. >> reporter: st. paul's released a statement stating we deny that there existed at the school a culture or tradition of sexual assault. there's no denying the survivors experience caused us to look anew at the culture and bring about positive ch own what happened to me. and i'm going to make sure that other people other girls other boys can own it too. they don't have to be ashamed either. >> reporter: proud is entering her senior year at another school in another state. a new initiative called a woman's bill of rights that helps women feel empowered to stand up for themselves. >> anchor: a developing story out of southern california los angeles police are searching the

today stating that brown threatened her. interviewing all of the people inside. including brown. brown's lawyers with him at the home. everyone is cooperating with officers right now. brown posted instagram videos ranting about police being outside his home. he refused to speak to police for hours once they got a warrant. >> they would be interviewed by ascertain their statements as to what occurred earlier this morning. >> anchor: police say brown's lawyer is with them. everyone has been cooperating. no one at this point is arrested. >> anchor: we are tracking hurricane gaston. that hurricane churning out in the atlantic is huge. this is high above out of the international space station. this is one of 3 tropical systems out there now.

for labor day weekend. on the latest on the tracks of the storms and what can we expect? >> reporter: it's a ways out. labor day weekend is almost a week away. hurricane gaston a beauty and a beast headed away from the u.s. 8 is off the coast of north carolina. not a tropical storm yet. going to make a sharp turn away from the coastline and head off out to sea southeast. this is not a concern for us. it is churning up the waves as well as the power from hurricane gaston. a moderate risk for rip current as you get near td 8. up here at home it is a mod risk risk -- high excuse me. that will be something to keep in mind for beach goers through the coming days. td 9 we're watching closely.

we have so much to talk about in the tropics. hurricane gaston a category 2 hurricane. but it is sending hefty waves in our direction. you couple that with td 8 both of those churning up the ocean. big waves to be expected at the beach for the next few days. here is td 8 off the coast of north carolina expected to strengthen into a tropical storm sometime tomorrow. that's as it tracks away from that cone of uncertainty is well to our southeast. not a concern for us. we might tap into that tropical moisture come thursday. tapping into some of it. beaches tomorrow. it is a good beach day. pay attention to the moderate risk for rip currents. seen incredible pictures on social media of all of that wave action. maybe the beach best enjoy it on the warm sand.

we've been talking about this for what seems like forever at this point. the track expected to strengthen into a tropical storm and be named tonight or early tomorrow. and then up the eastern seaboard. the most recent forecast issued has that cone of uncertainty curling back in to include parts of new england. the bigger the cone of uncertainty there is. this isn't a swath that this storm will effect but rather a tract that the storm could end up. it still could be a completely miss. don't go changing your plans for labor day weekend just yet. back to the here and now. low 70s. mid to upper 70s away from the coastline. partly cloudy tonight. and the humidity increases. patchy fog. mild temperatures in the 60s.

85 to 90. cloud has increasing due to the front that's going to swing through and could bring us showers and thunderstorms overnight wednesday into thursday. it does not look like the wash out or tropical moisture we need. we'll look for that. it isushering in a cooler air mass for the end of the week and into the weekend. 7 on 7 forecast not a whole lot of certainty past saturday week might be refreshing for some. >> anchor: coming up a sound he'll cherrish for the rest of his days.
