roughly 200 protesters gathered last night outside the tulsa police department last night. oklahoma governor is urging residents to remain calm as authorities investigate another shooting. on monday, police released video of 40-year-old terrence crutcher being gunned down by a tulsa police officer. the lawyer for officer betty shelby says slb crutcher was on drugs. she described him as uncooperative when his car stalled in the middle of the road last friday. shelby shot and killed crutcher because she thought she was reaching inside his s.u.v. for a gun. attorneys for crutcher's family, they disagree. >> she clearly believed him to be under the influence of some type of narcotic, possibly pcp. because she has a drug recognition expert. >> this department, like many police departments around america, sees people of color

>> nancy: officials are still investigating to see if criminal charges should be filed. >> sarah: also breaking at noon: an attacker armed with a knife tries to enter the israeli embassy in turkey and is shot by turkish security officials. the man is identified as a turkish national and a preliminary investigation indicates he appears to be mentally unstable and has no known links to any terror groups. the israeli foreign ministry spokesperson says that all embassy staff turning now to the terror takedown at the... they are searching for two more men in connection with the bombing investigations in new york and new jersey. this, as the men accused of setting off the bombs is now facing federal terrorism charges. federal prosecutors say ahmad khan rahami bought bomb-making equipment on-line. investigators say he also wrote about planning the attacks in a journal. one entry said he hoped the sounds of the bombs would be

far away from the police department from where we are right now. we have a picture of the bear. you can see it looks like a fairly small bear. black bear. this picture was taken by a woman who was driving by on route 27. she saw this bear crossing the road. the woman took a picture. now, the bear continued moving on. and it was actually seen on school property. the police notified all the near the high school, all the schools were told to get the kids inside and they have pretty much been that way ever since while this bear kept wandering around. we have sky 7 vild owe. as you can see, the environmental police. they were called in. they are just sort of fooling the bear. literally, one of them said she were shooing the bear along, sort of trying to move it along to a wooded area outside of town.

now, we talked to one police officer here who tells us that every couple of years, a bear does come through town. >> early this morning, i don't know what time, around 8:45. on hayward road, we got a call from a resident. explaining that they had seen a bear cross the road. running across the road. they were alerting us to its whereabouts. yeah. it has been seen in the general area of police department. near route 2. and route 27. it has crossed many streets. in some areas, there are shopping areas where people are out and about. >> reporter: once again, the environmental police tell us that they believe the bear has moved on. this is a wildlifer management area. this is next to acton here. they think it is a good chance that that is where the bear may be. they say the bear will be safe there. generally, again, this happens every couple of years here in acton.

where anyone has been hurt. they generally tell people to stay away from the bear. kind of use your common sense. they say it is a good thing to make sure you don't leave food out in the yard. like bird-feeders and things like. that those attract the bears. i'm byron barnett, 7 news. >> sarah: more news today: a boston man wanted for rape caught upskirting at an m.b.t.a. station. officers arrested the 51-year-old james colors after a female passenger on the "t" accused him of videin her skirt. it was later discovered he was also wanted for rape and two counts of indecent assault and battery. colors is expected to be arraigned today in cambridge district court. >> nancy: also on 7: a toddler rushed to the hospital after he was hit by a car in brockton. and now that boy's grandfather is talking about his condition. nicole oliverio is live in brockton with more. >> reporter: that grandfather tell us that little

they don't know how he is doing. he did suffer life-threatening injuries. all of this happening just feet from his home. you see the markings on the street where the car tried to swerve but hit that little boy. it happened in an instant. police say the two-year-old ran away from his mother and darted into the street. seconds later, he was hit by a car. just feet from the front door of his brockton home. >> the boy's grandfather tells us he survived the night at mass. genal the little boy has brain swelling and isn't sure if his condition is improving. >> so-so. yeah. i don't know. >> reporter: the driver of the toyota that allegedly hit the boy told investigators he slammed on his brakes and tried swerving. right now, that driver isn't facing any charges. the mother told officers she was walking with her son on market street when he took off. she chased after him but it

paramedics rush him to the hospital. >> i went over there and saw the ambulance. i saw him moving. i don't know if they was moving him or not. i was so shaky. >> reporter: his family by his side at mgh. and a neighborhood prag that the toddler recovers. state police are now handling the accident reconstruction. but investigators say they believe this to be nothing more than a horrible accident. we know the little boy his mother farx they are, and grandfather at the hospital. we are live from brockton, nicole oliverio, 7 news. >> sarah: a violent night in boston. police are investigating three shootings. a man was shot and killed in dorchester. this happened on downer avenue just after 8:00 last night. the victim was taken to boston medical center but he later died. so far, no arrests have been made. officers are also looking into reports of shots being fired
