the victim was taken to boston medical center but later passed away. so far no arrests have been made. officers are looking into reports of shots being fired in roxbury. bullet holes were found in several cars last night, but according to ems no one in the area appears to have been injured. a man who was shot in a separate incident in roxbury is expected to survive. police say the man was shot in the leg on dudley street just before 9:00 last night. the victim also rushed to bmc, treated for non-life-threatening they've identified a suspect in that shooting. >> a third man is charged in connection with an everett murder investigation. a 22-year-old man was arraigned today accused of murdering another man back in january. the suspect who can't be seen in the video from the courtroom, allegedly shot and killed a 19-year-old man back in january. two 17-year-old men were also charged in the murder earlier this year. in court today a prosecutor says

7news. students and patients enacted an alert this afternoon after a black bear was spotted wandering nearby. the small black bear was first spotted near route 2 and route 27 crossroads in town. there it is. it was wandering near the high school and the acton police department. environmental police showed up to follow the bear and make sure no one got hurt. schools were notified that a bear was on the loose, and all students were ordered to stay inside today. environmental police followed th b a wooded area outside of town. one man says the bear walked right through his yard. . >> the bear cam down into our front yard, jumped into the street, went into that yard and then the police came. and it felt like they had been sort of moving him down the street. he went in that general direction of it was quite exciting for my daughters and myself. you know, we've seen wildlife here in acton, but never a bear.

woods nearby where they say it should be safe. bears have been spotted in acton before, police say he should stay away if you see a bear and just use your common sense. caught on camera, a high school student throwing punches at his teacher. the video now going viral. police say it started when the student was late for class. the 16-year-old supposedly threw the first punch, and the teach her to eventually fight back. the school says they are now reviewing that video. >> what was described to me is disturbing and not the type incidents that we want to see in our schools. and so we're gonna do everything to get to the bottom of it. >> and so philadelphia police charged the 16-year-old student with aggravated assault. also on 7, a teacher in fayetteville, north carolina suspended for stepping on the flag. the video was taken by a student during a lesson on the first amendment, and it got the attention of school officials and now the teacher is defending his decision, saying it's

jimmy fallon landing in an unusual place. well, i guess his face and upper body there. check out this idaho corn maze. the field of nearly 20 acres and a million ears of corn is in the shape there of fallon. that's pretty cool, making the maze is a near round job, off of the annual farmstead corn maze and pumpkin they say it's kind of up to chance. >> we have no view from the air as we're creating it. so we cut that out and have a moment of truth when they go up in the helicopter. >> so this is the 20th year of the festivity. it also includes zip lines and hay rides and a pumpkin patch. it says jimmy there, too. >> it's done to perfection. do you remember where this is? idaho, it says.
