and all too familiar scene for authorities. in the video you can see a little girl trying to wake her mom up from what appears to heroin overdose and family dollar store. you can see the toddler standing over top of her mother crying she vemth picks up her mother's head and starts to gently slap her mother was clearly not moving while witnesses called 911. according to a youtube post this happened a family dollar store on lawrence on sunday you could then see paramedic arrive post said mother survived after receiving two doses of narcan, a drug that reverses heroin overdoses. >> now nim time there's situation like this applies do contact the department of children and families. we don't know yet if any charges have been filed. we're live in lawrence brandon gunnoe. out in a 11 a woman gets a crash course on looking both ways. tonight, it's make your way for

this crash is latest in a string of crashes involving duck boats. but company isn't taking the blame for this one. saying the woman walked right into the path of danger and created danger for lot of people. let's go to night team's tim caputo live in back bay with details. tim. yeah kim i'm standing almost exactly where that bottom stepped into street you can see behind me crosswalk is still a good 15 to 20 feet away from was i'm standing when that woman walked >> she never saw it coming. a woman stepped on to boylston street and was almost immediately hit by a duck boat this morning a closer look at the video shot from the side of duck boat shows people walking in crosswalk a woman carrying a rug over her shoulder steps into street several feet in the front crosswalk into path of a giant duck boat which was slowing to a stop. woman is knocked over but wasn't seriously hurt.

in april a woman riding a scooter was killed near boston common when she was struck by duck boat a few months later a woman cross street stroo et was as hit by duck boat she survived. the summer some state leaders called for more safety measures on duck boats like adding sensor prohibiting drivers from also being narrators op the tour. boston duck tours released video today's incident to show driver did nothing wrong, and said they are committed to operating safely. in a statement company said, we are doing our part and working with city but everyone's safety. stepping off curb into traffic not at the crosswalk without looking without warning puts everyone at risk our passengers included. now company also says they invest in additional safety measures since that fatal accident. including adding cameras to sides of same cameras capture video from incident earlier today. live in back bay neighborhood

vehicle ends up in a wild wreck in roxbury. several people had to go to hospital after this jadiann thompson live in roxbury where at least one person was taken away in handcuffs. so explain that, jadiann. >> well adam all i can tell you at this hour is that witnesses here told us they saw someone involved in this crazy crash. get put into handcuff and police cruiser crews are out here for 7 hours investigating scene. right now it's hard to believe that there was so much chaos right here where i now. a land rover reported stolen. and involved in a serious crash finally flipped back up right tonight. witnesses to the crash explain the wild scene they saw around 2 wednesday afternoon. >> came down and officers were behind them with sirens on kind of picking up speed when he hit curb right here police on seeing saying driver had been stopped by officers but didn't stay put.
