last week. video shows him walking away from her with his hands up. she shot crutcher when he reached into his car window. >> jadiann: millions of yahoo! accounts the hit by hackers. the company says as many as 500 million accounts were affected. yahoo! started an investigation after hackers claimed to guess personal information. the company believes the person acting on behalf of a government is responsible for the hack. yahoo! is recommending people change their passwords. >> ryan: we're following witnesses say there was a shooting at a c.v.s.pharmacy in stouton. jonathan hall is on the scene with the breaking details. >> reporter: just over an hour ago several shots rang out at this c.v.s.pharmacy object route 138 in stouton. there is an active investigation going on with police onsite. reports say one teenager was shot. the story is closed as the stouton p.d.and the state

in the search. it appears an argument led to one person being shot according to a witness. we spoke to the woman who was shopping inside the c.v.s.and heard commotion. >> i was down over by the cereal aisle and i heard a couple of guys come in and argue and i didn't think anything of it. and then i heard a couple of pops. >> r to look at the teenager who was apparently hit and saw a young man holding on to his shoulder. she said it didn't appear to be a very serious injury. he walked over to a local clinic then e.m.s.arrived. he was brought to the hospital. jonathan hall, 7 news. >> ryan: chilling collision in lawrence. a motorcyclessist killed when he hits two people crossing a state highway. the two people are in critical condition. >> jadiann: steve coop ser live for news north and with

tell us? >> reporter: this is right on the north andover lawrence line this. is a busy intersection, busy stretch of 114 closed for hours while police tried to piece all this together. an accident that leaves one person dead, two people in the hospital and a driver who took off. >> shocked. i had never seen anything like that before. >> reporter: terrifying moments for those who rushed to help ray long 114 in lawrence at the north andover town line. police say struck a man and a woman in their 30s while they were in the crosswalk around midnight. the operator of the motorcycle ended up in the road as well. which is when police say he was run over by a car that never stopped. >> he, you would assume they know they struck someone. we are not sure. we, you know, unfortunately they didn't stop. >> reporter: the 64-year-old motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. the other victims were critical injuries were rushed to hospital.

>> there was a woman trying to help the girl. i think she was a nurse, she was trying to help. she was' screaming. >> reporter: distraught family members of the motorcyclist returned to the scene to leave flowers while police focus on finding the driver who kept going. >> four door between 2000, 2002 mercedes, color black. >> reporter: the deadly accident leaving residents concerned about this stretch of road especially at night. >> it was very chaotic, that it thought about it all night. >> reporter: detectives are canvassing the area trying to talk to store owners to see if they can find video. they may have captured what happened here. they're not releasing the victim's name but hoping that the driver of the black mercedes comes forward and turns himself in. live along the north andover/lawrence line steve cooper, 7 news.

m.s.caused him to lose control the vehicle. he pleaded not guilty to two counts of motor vehicle home side and operating to eng danger. prosecutors argue he wasn't having a medical ep side when he smashed into a restaurant. seven other people were hurt. a car slams into a motorcycle in rochester, new hampshire. the crash happened after 7:00. the driver of the pontiac made a left turn while the motorcycle was headed down the ride. the r hospital with serious injuries. >> jadiann: woman in boston stepping off the curb into the path of a duck boat. security cameras on the boat capture the vehicle hitting itself woman as she stepped on to billston street. as she was' knocked over but was not seriously hurt. boston duck tours released video to show their driver did doing wrong. they also released a statement saying we're doing our part and are working with the city.

construction work nearby. when those compromised wires begin to burn, they give off carbon monoxide and that can seep right into your home. this is dangerous and this could happen in any home. >> it could. the smoldering wires keep producing the gas, the gases are going to keep build up and if there is an open place for the gas to travel, then it'll travel that way. >> reporter: it happened in charleston this year, two. firefighters rushed to evacuate six homes. >> i'm going to check this electrical cable was burning and the c.o.was elevated to a dangerous level. how often does it happen? ever source the electricity supplier insists this is very rare. but acknowledges three cases last year and three cases so far this year. they say it happens less and less as they update the system. >> warning, carbon monoxide. >> reporter: the best way to protect yourself, the c. o. detectors that massachusetts law requires

john cuoco has details. >> reporter: officer betty shelby a five-year veteran of the tulsa police officer. she shot and killed teresupper last friday. shelby was placed on paid administrative leave immediately after the shooting. police darbual and footage show crutcher walking away from shelby slowly with his arms in the air. her attorney says crutcher was not following police commands and began to into husband s.u.v. window. >> i've had the judge review a probable cause affidavit. a warrant has been issued for her arrest. i've been in communication with an attorney attorney who hs been retained to represent lear and arkments are being made tor her surrender to the tulsa county sheriff's department. >> reporter: crutcher's car stalled in the middle of the road. he was waiting for help. his family has called the
