i'm like, maybe it was guns or something. >> reporter: renee didn't know what to think as she heard a fight break out in her store on thursday afternoon, and she ignored the loud voices until the bullets startinged flying and a teen ended up shot. >> one of the guys, was holding his shoulder and i assume he was shot in his shoulder. >> 08-year-old man rushed to the hospital with gunshot wound to the shoulder. what caused that fight, and who were the men who opened fire are questions that the police chief wants answered, tonight. >> a customer in the store. three individuals walked into the store today. had an altercation, it was not a random act. there were people in the store

>> reporter: very lucky there weren't other victims. that cvs is shut down tonightant 1 aeld-year-old man is expected to be okay. and one 8-year-old man is expected to be okay. in stoughton, 7 news. >> kim: a developing story, the mayor of charlotte, north carolina ordering a city wide curfew that starts in less than an hour at midnight and you are looking live over charlotte, where protests have peaceful tonight. and a much smaller crowd. this comes hours after keith lamont scott's family saw video of the deadly shooting earlier this evening. the nightteam's brandon gunnoe joins us with more. >> reporter: we have yet to see if the curfew will be followed. there are certainly still protesters in the streets. and the police chief isn't budging saying he doesn't want to jeopardize the investigation by releasing that video.

police did not find a weapon. the family is trying to move forward, and now that charges are been filed. >> we believe in love and forgive mess but that doesn't excuse the crime. i truly believe in accountbility and there is consequences to actions. >> reporter: and the u.s. justice department launched a separate investigation to see if officers violated terrence crutcher's civil rights. >> kim: >> kim: turning to a massive its users. the website urging people to change their passwords. yahoo revealed half a billing thes were compromised and hackers stole e-mails and passwords and other information that can be used on yahoo. it happened in 2014 and yahoo calls it a state sponsored hack, meaning a government ordered and supported the attack.

sets in and shock can basically cause them to die. >> reporter: the mspca is not sure how charlie ended up on the tracks but believes she was someone's pet at one point. i think she was owned by someone and i'm not sure of how she got to the train tracks but her face was shaved, not overgrown and she wasn't matted. >> reporter: since no one has comeford to claim her, they gave her the name. >> the wonu medical center, nicknamed her charlie, i would assume because of the charlie car. she is doing well with learning how to walk again and in the stumbling. >> reporter: refusing to let anything hold her back. every time i see an animal go through in i'm awd at how wonderful they are and how stoic they are and how lucky i am to be a part of that.
