and i am willing to work with our law enforcement officials to discuss when that will occur. >> reporter: police agree with the mayor that the video needs to be released at the right time. protesters as well as the victim's family, they say they want the video released immediately. >> now turning to a developing story. the oklahoma police officer wanted for shooting and killing an unarmed man turns herself in. this i she turned herself in just before 2:00 this morning. and was charged with manslaughter. she was booked and then released about 20 minutes later after posting $50,000 bond. officer shelby shot and killed terence crutcher last week. the video shows crutcher walking away with his hands in the air before he was shot. after investigating, police say crutcher did not have a gun on him or inside his vehicle. they do say that drug pcp was

timeline on the showers today, looked to be between 7:00 p.m. and probably midnight tonight. we will run through the timeline in a second. taking a look at those highs expected for this afternoon. low 80's. possibly even some mid-80's coming across the board. and then we put an end to it with this front. this front really does mean business. not necessarily with the wet weather this evening. but with the cool air that is settling in behind it. and we get really a string of cooler days that we haven't had for a long time. here and there. this is like get used to it. it is sticking around with us for a while. running through the timeline, not just with the rain showers, but also with the temperatures, low 80's this afternoon. and then watch what happens as those showers arrive. 6:00, 7:00, moving in from the north: and heading to the south. we drop those temperatures back into the low 60's by 10:00 p.m. overnight tonight, mid-50's and by tomorrow morning, we even have some upper 40's coming in on the board. so it will be a long way to go
