and downpours and behind that front, it is cooling off. even in the city of boston, now down to 57, hartford, 6 3, cooler in tphorpbg/ new england and this cool air is heading our way for the weekend, i'll talk more about the weekend forecast in a few minutes. right now, following breaking news, a deadly mall shooting in washington state, let's go to tim. reporter: a sagt/ with washington state patrol said being shot at the cascade mall in the town of burlington washington, an hour north of seattle. taeublg/ ing place about 7:00 pacific time. washington state patrol there tweeted the suspected shooter was seen walking away from the mall and towards a nearby highway. saying the shooter left the mall before any police police officers arrived. at this point, 4 people have died.

a breaking news situation in washington state. they have, since evacuated the mall and closed off a number of roads around it, but at this point, unknown if they have that shooter in custody. >> raoeutd/ now, protesters have taken to the streets in charlotte, once again, live pictures as protesters ask for a renewed call for justice. protesters are responding to a new individual yes released just today scott's wife recorded this on her cell phone as police moved in on her husband. there is still alot of questions about exactly what happened. but scott's family and legal team said it's a different story and raises the issue of whether scott actually had a gun. brandon is live in our control room with more. reporter: kim, who!woe still don't have that answer for certain. the video is disturbing to watch. it shows
