as arcan cetin. they went to check out and they saw him walking down the street. the investigators we talked to described him as quiet and almost zombie like. >> i saw an individual walking northbound on the sidewalk and i instantly recognized that is the person i just viewed on my computer. i did an abrupt u turn and hit my individual into custody. >> reporter: cetin is 20 years old. he is a u.s. legal resident in the u.s. sources have told our affiliate that his ex girlfriend may have worked at the macy's some time ago. when asked about that investigators say it is still too early to talk about the motive. they did say this did not appear

expect secretary clinton to prepare. she is hunkering down running through mock debates. she has a number of top advisers with her. then she has one of her former top advisers playing the role of trump. he is a tough guy. everyone in the media knows that. a lot of people can see why she chose him because he will throw a barb at her without hesitation. she is preparing for two donald trumps. part of get under trump's skin. her other challenge i think is going to be she has a lot of policies. she knows a lot of the information. she has a long record but narrowing that down for voters so it is easily understandable. >> what is the biggest mistake both candidates can make? >> i think bringing jennifer flowers will be a big mistake. >> we'll start there.
