came in contact with os mane monday morning when he entered her family's store and acted suspiciously. >> he hold the watch like he didn't want to give it back. so we thought he is going to steal the watch. but he acted very weird. >> reporter: when he left the store the jewellers called police. they used the business' surveillance video to get a picture of osmani and sent it around for officers to be on the lookout for him. he have allegedly spotted st. francis' homeless shelter where police say he was causing a disturbance. >> the defendant had six outstanding warrants for bomb threats, two outstanding warrants for felony assault and battery on a law enforcement officer. >> reporter: these are serious charges. osmani is wanted in washington, d.c. for alemmedly making bomb threats at reagan national airport just ten days ago. >> we didn't know. you know.

who allegedly killed the teens is in the hospital in critical condition. police say after he crashed into the teen's car he stole the cruiser of a police officer who had stopped to try to help victims. jennifer egan, 7 news. >> kim: police in idaho arrest a cancer patient in a case of mistaken patient. the woman went to a wal-mart after receiving readiation for breast cancer and police approached her from blind. she was being charged with murdering her baby. she tried to proof her real i.d.but police did take her into custody. >> my back was too them. what i fell was both arms being ripped behind my back. honestly i thought i was being mugged. i want an apology. i felt like i was extremely wronged. >> kim: after the woman was let go police did arrest a murder suspect at the same

the columbine memorial in colorado is having trouble finding someone to repair the site. members want to replace sections. concreel removal companies are not returning their calls. the memorial dedicated to the 134 people shot and killed by two students in 1999. >> ryan: a vicious attack, a dog is stabbed in his own yard by a stranger. it's a story that will upset any animal lover. the dog's to help police find the person who did this. chaz's owner didn't sound like this until saturday morning. veronica and her family found blood. >> he had all these cuts on his lips and it was heart breaking. >> reporter: after scrolling through video when they found hurt them even more. >> darking at him, not, you know, the fence is there. they can't get through. and this guy stands in front

deleted evidence in the form of text messages he exchanged with at least one of the women. but the city has now closed that investigation saying his initial termination had nothing to do with his personal relationships but rather with his aye alleged destruction of evidence. while the essex county's district attorney office is reviewing the case, camp nello's lawyer says his client did nothing criminal. >> we haven't been of anything going on with the district attorney's office. we have no knowledge of that there was any type of action taken by the district attorney's office. >> reporter: last year camp nello was thrust into the national spotlight after starting the ankle initiative. it's a program that advocates treatment over arrest for people struggling with addiction. gloucester police became the first department in country to adopt that policy. and camp nello was recognized at 9 white house. it's a cause he says he is still passionate about.

hit the wires then hit a pole. then he smashed into the ground in front of a van. >> reporter: frank said he was driving when the plane was coming down low and he knew it wasn't going to make it. >> i know the pilot jumped out of the plane and just suffered a burnt arm and unfortunately the passenger didn't make it. >> reporter: emergency leaders on scene tell us two people were on the plane. the pilot was rushed to the hospital. but that is all we know at this point. >> there were two occupants of the aircraft. one of which was transported to the for. >> reporter: according to the f.a.the plane went down around 3:40 after trying to land at the airport. the plane crashed on main street. a busy street leading to a major highway in the city. there were a lot of people driving home when the plane crashed right in fronts of them. a woman in a van was almost hit by the plane. >> i heard a lady screaming so i pulled back around but she came to our office but she is in shock. and she was transported to
