short of the airport. >> i was driving and all of sudden i saw plane coming into my right side. really low. and i knew he wasn't going make it student pilot and instructor were aboard plane when it crashed while attempting to land around 3:45 this afternoon. i seen the plane crash. first one point then it came to the other. it just crashed you can see fire and things. police say the pilot climbed out of plane with some burns, but the second make it out before fire started raging. plane also narrowly missed this gray mini van with a mother and her child inside. >> not a lot of damage to mini van as you would imagine you experience that while you were driving down road it would very unsettling they are being cared for local hospital. people who were in area say it all happened in matter of seconds. and a drivers and others on this busy east hartford road had little time to react. i was so scared like what was that i just came out very quick.

he will have to appear in court for the incident over weekend live in weymouth, i'm alex, 7 news. night team. two people facing troubling charges after a murder in the town of orange. 23-year-old joshua hart and his girlfriend 27-year-old britney smith arrested in virginia this weekend in connection to the crime. they are both facing murder charges. police are saying they attacked a couple during a random home invasion last week. 95-year-old thomas hardyas killed. his 77-year-old wife joanna fischer also seriously injured in the attack. a relative of one of the accused spoke with us today wanting to apologize and shocked to hear what happened. >> i can't believe it. she was a nice, calm girl. good to the family. court documents from a car theft reported a few days before the murder say smith had substance

so i just spoke to john when he walked out here and john farrell will be our manager for 2017. everybody welcome back they did a very fine job for us and i just talked to him when he walked out this door dave dombrowski opening his end of year news conference announce biggest decision this off season standing by committing to bring john farrell back for fifth season deciding team's 93 wins out weighed three straight play off losses to and season farrell leading red sox to al east title this year but his team hit a skid at the worst time losing eight of their final nine games including that sweep by indians. farrell has his share of critic can constantly questioning his end game decisions but dombrowski is not one of them. >> i do not feel end game
