hospital stay joyce is heading to court. charges could include driving to endanger, auto theft and assault and battery on a police officer. >> there might have been pushing and shoving at the end. that's typical, we deal with that every day. >> joyce well-known to halifax police, been arrested four times and has a long record dating to 1993 when he was arrested for drunk driving as a teenager. in halifax, jonathan hall, 7news. a cambridge man called to court today for stealing an ambulance. investigat took the ambulance from a nearby hospital just after 5:00 yesterday evening. police stopped the 48-year-old suspect at a traffic light near cambridge street and third street. he was arrested and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and driving without a license. and police are looking for the man suspected in an attempted sexual assault in mission hill. officers say the man seen in this surveillance video footage tried to sexual assault a woman near fitzgerald park and roxbury saturday afternoon. according to police, the man pushed the woman to the ground before he ran away.

continued their morning show after a drunk driver crashed right to the side of that station. police say the 29-year-old driver is being charged with d.u.i. and drug possession after finding narcotics in the vehicle there. the news talk radio 1380 building was heavily damaged but the state's operations were not interrupted. a driver has a close call in sterling when a tree branch falls right through the windshield of their car. the driver was able to walk away with just minor injuries. that's terrifying. the police department posted these photos onac they say if the branch had fell just a few more inches to the left, this would have been a much different story. >> there's more news today, more than a dozen police officers in san antonio texas are facing discipline after appearing in a video wearing donald trump hats. trump tweeted the video showing some of the officers who escorted his motorcade wearing his trademark red hats. the chief said the officers violated policy by taking part in a political activity while in uniform and would be disciplined. a florida couple under
