alex deprado live once again inan dover with more details. >> reporter: police say this man pulled his car into this parking lot off of main street then got out and exposed himself to children there on the recess area. 2 to 3 children saw him. an dover police say as children played on this play ground at the saint augustine elementary school a man parked in a parking lot off of main street got out and exposed himself twice. >> we do know that the male subject had been facing the children in the school yard. he exposed himself. at which point he covered back up. picked up the cell phone. pretending he was speaking on it. turned around and exposed himself at least a second time. >> reporter: police described the person they are looking for as a white man about

honda or volkswagen. >> they are working with people to make sure this doesn't happen again. this is a great school and great town. you can't have your eyes everywhere. we can't account for every single thing that happens. >> reporter: police are asking people here inan dover to be vigilant and report somebody who seems suspicious. >> ancho restaurant closed. a customer reporting they became ill after eating at the sweet green in downtown crossing. it's a popular salad chain electing to close itself. >> it makes me nervous that there's -- they have to shut down. >> closed. >> reporter: closed for business. sweet green a popular salad

>> a person called and the report that we got that they were experiencing diarrhea fever chills, vomiting. they had eaten there the day before. >> reporter: buddy christopher says after that report they went to the downtown crossing location for an inspection. they found violations and suggested the restaurant shut down. the city says the restaurant had issues of food temperature problems. management not properly over seeing staff. specifically heavy fruit fly activity. the company says quote, we then took the proactive step to close for today to review our kitchen equipment and ingredients. the safety of our guests is paramount. we are working with the boston health inspector to reopen as soon as possible. the city found violations with the chain back in august the

norwood still at 70 degrees. hyannis 66. the dew point temperatures have risen up through the 60s. it's muggy out there this evening. in the merrimac valley the dew points in the 50s to 60s. meanwhile farther to the west a cool front races across new york and pennsylvania. we'll have an increase in clouds late tonigh cool air with it. things will warm up. overnight tonight we stay mild. the morning commute will feature mostly cloudy skies. there may be a sprinkle between 6 and 9 a.m. with temperatures 59 to 63. tomorrow afternoon we are headed to the 70s. we will talk about that in a few minutes. ; more news today a tense stand

a 45-year-old woman was armed with a hand gun and firing. that girl managed to get out safely. 3 hours later the mother surrendered peacefully. that woman is getting a mental health evaluation and facing multiple felony charges including reckless conduct. detectives say a driver hit 2 this morning. a 70-year-old man still in critical condition. the driver wasn't hurt. stayed right there. no charges have been filed of this hour. the investigation continues. >> anchor: a young child safe and sound after the mother's car is stolen in dorchester. they say that's when a man got in and took off with the baby in the car. police found the car in roxbury with the infant safe inside.

worcester at 75. and out on the cape and the islands developing sunshine tomorrow. so there's tomorrow for you. thursday a lot of clouds returning to southern new england. and so is the risk of scattered showers with temps on thursday back down into the 60s. that won't be a metro boston thing. i think that's all of southern new england. it won't make it. and we -- the friday we comes another front. a lot of fronts this week. which will generate a lot of clouds and scattered showers and downpours on friday. friday i think we'll be in and out of the showers late afternoon and friday evening. i'm keeping my fingers crossed. we need rain for this drought. there's a chance on friday we pick up an inch of beneficial rain. weekend now clearing skies on saturday.
