be sure to stay with 7 news on air and online for continuing coverage for the race for the white house. dan's live reports will continue all night live from las vegas. >> anchor: now to a developing story out of new hampshire. police arresting 3 suspects after a violent break in. sending area schools into lock down. tim caputo is living in eping with more details for us. >> reporter: 3 men are in jail this evening robbery earlier this afternoon. 2 were arrested almost immediately. a third did get away. after creating a perimeter in eping. that person was arrested hiding in a shed behind someone's home. scour a neighborhood looking for a gentleman. >> hit me in the head with a gun. and then pretty much tried to choke hold me. i broke free. got outside and then they ran.

through the morning hours middle 50s. tomorrow is dry but showers are headed this way. >> anchor: also on 7 an update to the police shooting in east boston. one of the officers shot has been released from the hospital. officer richard centolo was released from mass general this afternoon. he is happy to be home. the other injured officer matt morris suspect getting better but still in the hospital. responding to a me between roommates. >> anchor: and there's more news today. new developments in the wake of the danvers teacher murder trial. surveillance video played a key roll in this case. the family suspect taking action filing a lawsuit against the school system. byron barnett complains. >> it was a newly renovated high school with a brand new security system.

being raped and murdered in 2013. the family suspect suing the town of danvers, the school department, the cleaning company for the school and design partnership the firm that designed the security system. followed her into the lady's bathroom after classes ended and attacked her with a box cutter. the lawsuit says the ritser family is seeking of the art security system why was no one monitoring the security cameras. how could chisam roam in and out of the school with blood and not noticed. and what's done to improve security at the school? no comment from design partnership. and no word when we reached out to the cleaning company. the town manager reached a
