shooting a 7-year-old boy. the shooting happened in chelsea. gates say a bedroom bullet hit the boy while he was lying down, leaving the boy in the hospital. brandon is live in chelsea to tell us more tonight. brandon? >> reporter: family members say that 13-year-old boy is still in a lot of pain after last night when sleeping in his bed he was hit in his bed in the shoulder. >> juan is back with his family after in his bed. >> how are you feeling? >> thanks god for letting me stay longer and thank you for the support they are giving me. >> earlier today, the teen was at massachusetts general hospital recovering from a gunshot wound to his shoulder. >> he went in for surgery. they couldn't remove the bullet. it is stuck in there.
