precariously against the house. debris strewn across the road after two as children school came to a crashing detour. a loud crash and screaming children shatter the quiet of a quincy neighborhood when an out of control school bus crashes into a house. >> it was like what you would hear at a construction sight if something was being dropped by a crane. >> reporter: police say the bus seemed to control coming downhill on a curved road. the bus hit a telephone pole, a car pulling out of the driveway and plowed through a stone wall before crashing into the house. quincy's mayor rushed to the scene. he is not sure what happened. >> i don't know if it was a medical incident with the driver. i don't want to speculate. we hope everybody is okay and the police will figure that out. >> reporter: two dozen elementary school children poured out of the bus helped by neighbors and school

of the kids that i saw. but for the most part everybody was a little shaken up. even we were shaken up and we, it was really difficult to witness. >> reporter: five children were taken to the hospital along with the bus driver and the woman driving the car that was hit, but all of them were injuries described as minor. mart eina and her family rushed home after it was hearing it was their house that was hit. >> house is completely shook up. place. we'll see what we can do. >> awful, they can't find my cat and stuff. i'm getting nervous about that. >> reporter: the residents feeling lucky they weren't home when this happened. you heard the are mayor speak late possibly a medical issue might be a cause. other pockets include equipment failure or possibly operator error. live in quincy, dan hausle, 7 news. >> adam: our coverage

from hospital. how is he doing? >> reporter: the good news, everyone who was brought here to south shore hospital has been treat and released. so minor injuries that include seven school kids on the bus and one of the drivers. we talked to one of the kids who came to the hospital and his mother. it was a terrifying experience for both. >> i just flew out of my seat and got back up. no more bouncing. >> hospital after getting checked out. he say was it was really scary being involved in an accident riding on his school bus. >> i was riding along in the first part of the crash just, it was really loud noises. then i fell out of my seat. i got up. i saw the bus crash into a house. >> we could see it unfolding when the bus was a little late and we saw police cars going by. >> reporter: owen's mom

mother called to tell her about the bus crash. and then she heard from her father that owen wasn't with the other kids. he was at the hospital. what were your thoughts when you heard the ambulance brought him to hospital? >> just get to the hospital. make sure he is okay. he is my only kid so it was -- it was a little stressful. >> reporter: owen described the panic on the bus. >> a lot of screaming when it first i started screaming, too. >> reporter: owen hurt his back a little in the crash but -- >> i'm feeling much better. >> he was fine. he was talking up a storm and telling every nurse that would talk to him what happened. >> reporter: owen says that he is just fine getting back on the bus to go to school. but he says he hopes he is never involved in an accident like that again. live in weymouth i'm byron

>> kim: breaking news out of waltham where police are investigating a car accident in the area of 42 warren street. witnesses say a pedestrian was hit. we've sky 7 over the scene, an s.u.v. being towed from the area and the white car in front, back end is all smashed in. we don't have any word on the extent of the injuries. people are asking that you avoid the area if possible. >> reporter: in south boston a tractor trailer rolls on to its side. crash on summer street had to attend to the overturned truck because it was blocking a lot of the road. police are trying to figure out what caused it to tip in the first place. >> kim: also on 7, a dedham man facing murder charges. he is accused 6 killing his own father and the home where they lived lived is a crie scene. investigators have been there much of the day and steve cooper too.

judge. those investigators were here most of the day. left her late today with what is believed to be the murder weapons involved. a knife and also a hammer. as you look blind us here, all the yellow police crime tape is down and prosecutors sate suspect confessed to the killing. >> in the matter of the commonwealth versus ax ter j. anderson -- >> reporter: 25-year-old adex anderson pleads not guilty to charges he murdered his 59 father paul inside the house the lived in dedham leaving neighbors in shock. >> psychening, you get sick t o your stomach. >> reporter: anderson explained he was aggravated with his father recently and around 2:00 this morning, he went into his father's bedroom and stabbed him in the cheek. but he wasn't done. >> at some point he left the room, wept down stairs and retrieved a hammer from a kitchen drawer then used the hammer to strike hit

threw his father down the stairs. >> reporter: anderson called 911. his father rushed to hospital where he was' pronounced dead. anderson's lawyer didn't have much to say. what about the fact he admitted to it. >> no comment. >> reporter: are you saying he didn't admit to it? >> i'm saying no comment. >> reporter: the elder anderson had taken out a restraining order a few years ago but it's unclear it that was still in place. >> the kid never worked or nothing. booze problem, so, just -- sad situation, you know. >> reporter: anderson is being held without bail tonight. he returns to court next month and it's then we could learn more from president of about a mote -- prosecutors about a motive from the murder. steve cooper, 7 news. >> adam: the husband of a woman killed at sweet
