if you see him, but they're urging the public to please call police if you do see the person. police tweeted out this photo of his car. this is a 1996 red honda civic. a hatch back. possible abduction happening off of harvey road in londonderry. officials don't know where the suspect and victim are heading. if you see him or you see the vehicle that we showed you do not approach but do call police. that is the latest. jadiann thompson, >> kim: following more breaking news here at 6:00. a police officer on detail stopped an attempted bank robbery in west roxbury then chases down and catches the suspect. big day. jonathan hall now joins us from the city of boston credit union. there he is. so that is where it happened. it sounds like they solved it all, got the guy. what can you tell us? >> reporter: they did. kim, we're right in front of the bank. this is the city of boston

take a step forward because there is a car trying to get through. there was a robbery here just before 4:00, employees left here without commenting on the crime here today. police say just before 4:00 pm a masked gunman came in here to pull off a bank heist. when he didn't know is there was a police officer stationed here almost everyday on detail. so witnesses say a female boston police officer inside the bank noticed what was going on, interrupted t attempting bank heist and chased down the suspect. sky 7 was overhead. there was a foot chase and although the facts aren't entirely clear, there may have been a second suspect arrested in a red car just up the road at the corner of baker street. an employee at the corner at tony's place pizza saw that arrest. >> i see the cop, like, take the gun out and pull the gutt of the car. the guys don't do anything.

orange line train rushing to get away from the choking smoke. it was captured with cell phone cameras leaving commuters concern and elected offices outraged. what do you say to people that went through that scene? >> i know, it's very alarming, imagine being on a train, smoke ask bellowing in. >> reporter: t.officials blame the problem on an overheated motor that led to a trash fire on the tracks fire people were treated for smoke inhalation. conversation. it's not a simple fix but it's a plan and let's pay for it. >> reporter: the governor says new trains are on the way for a fleet that dates back more than 40 years but the new equipment is still two years away. >> the system moves a million people a day. for the most part safely. we fleed to make it more reliable than it is. >> reporter: paul region who heads up the t.'s advisory board says the t.needs to better communicate with commuters.

snow tobeer. 40s at this time. the city at 45. plymouth 45. even in the worcester hills temperatures are 30s to around 40. so out in those locations, it becomes a chilly rain over the next couple of hours. then temperatures will rise over night but we focus on the rain. this is the fire house of rain into southern new england. around midnight until early tomorrow morning, about 3:00, 4:00 in the afternoon but there may be a few storms as well. the south coast and the drought. the concern is that if you are out on the roads after midnight tonight, or very early tomorrow morning, before 6:00 am, this is a lot of water for the storm drains. storm drains have leaves in them that will further complication -- complicate the situation. there is a wind advisory in effect. wind will gust between 25-35 miles an hour late tonight and through the day
