in framingham. alex joins us with an interview you will see just on one station. >> that woman was crossing here in framingham, the driver tells just one station that woman appears to just have this walgreen's. behind the wheel of this car, charles joyce. he said he didn't see the woman walking across the street carrying bags from the nearby walgreen's. >> all of a sudden, i had somebody on the tpropbtd/ of my car right on the front of it. that's the first i knew of the accident. reporter: the woman, who was not in a cross walk was thrown about 15 feet. joyce stopped and feared the worst. >> i stopped and all of the police and everybody came. i was quite relieved when i saw she was moving because i thought i had killed her. i

live in norwood. reporter: crews were here more than 8 hours. the last one just left 30 minutes ago. what caused this teen driver to go on the wild ride? we don't know, but witnesses here say it may have been a first time driver. a teen-age driver went on a crash course in a local neighborhood, slaming into cars, knocking down a utility pole. >> she swerved around a car there, hit the telephone pole there. hit my car on the inside, spun around, it landed in the drive way over here. reporter: it happened after 2:30 on friday. you can you see where the second car was hit and the utility polygamy was almost on the ground. no one was hurt, but neighbors say the young driver was startled. >> she was shakeen up when she got out of the car. i think

maybe she panicked or something. reporter: investigation of what caused the teen driver to lose control. some homes were in the dark for 4 to 5 hours. >> the transformer came down. they had to replace the transformer. disconnect the wires, the pwhoel/ street was out. reporter: no one was hurt including the young driver, all of the power has been restored. a state trooper is recovering after a cruiser crash 93 3 south in boston. the driver of an s.u.v. was cruise ir. the trooper suffered neck and back injurie injuries, but is okay. the driver arrested for operating under the influence. the suspect appeared in court,
