breaking news updates on fidel castro's death. just go to whdh.com or you can download the 7 news mobile or tablet apps. >> anchor: we're following breaking news right now out of mattapan. police say they are investigating a body that was found inside of a hole on bismark street. amaka ubaka is live at the scene with the latest. >> reporter: billion, nicole, it's still an active skin out here. police tell us they found the body of a woman in her late 20's here at this apartment complex. we're told she lives on the unfolded around 3:30 this afternoon. we were first on scene as ambulance and police arrived. what we know so far is that a person who lives here called 911 after an apartment door was forced open and initially police thought it was a home invasion, but when they got here, they found a woman inside who had died along with her three children, all under the ages of three years old. it turns out that a family member busted down the door after not hearing from the woman for some time.

is what he had to say. that because they hadn't heard from her in some time, the relatives came over and forced the door. i know it went on as a home invasion but we're looking on the well-being they forced the door at this time. >> anchor: the police commissioner says that this very well could be a medical emergency because there does if the appear to be a lot of trauma but at this point it is a death investigation. as for those three children, they were taken to a local hospital to be ke at least physically we're told they are doing fine. for now, live in mattapan, amaka u back quay, 7 news. >> anchor: and 7 news turning to your weather tacking a live look at the boston skyline of the pretty picture, not a bad saturday to get outside in our great city, but how about this cool and includy weather? will it stick around for monday? bri eggers has a check of sunday and monday too. >> reporter: you know, jon, we've been in the middle of the

england and we have been keeping clouds around a little too long. they have outworn their welcome. still seeing light showers but most of us missed out on wet weather today. there is your slow improvement i'm light shower for cape cod, merrimac valley up through southern new hampshire and eventually the system well offshore will bring a whole lot of snow to nova scotia, new brunswick, around the quebec area, crown of maine. for us though, we're in for a clearing and drying trend. finally, going to see the sunshine breaking back out for monday as well i'm very bright day ahead of us to start off the next workweek. however, tomorrow still quite chelsea, especially with the breeze that's coming out of the northwest and again that bright sunshine on monday. enjoy it while it's with us. because clouds move back in and we're in for very wet weather next week. we're run through through the time line in just a few minutes. >> anchor: patriots big divisional show down. it is rivalry weekend. the pats taking on the jets down in the meadowlands.

p cambridge fire fighters responding to a foyer on fairfield street earlier today. they believe that the fire started on the second floor of a two and a half story building. crews manage to contain the fire ratherically. no injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation. >> anchor: two example arrested in man chester, new hampshire after allegedly pulling false fire alarms. >> anchor: police say the two men pulled 12 alarms from call boxes around the city.

>> anchor: all right the sunshine finally nation a comeback for us, beautiful sunset photographs as we findly got proof the sun is still there and we get a temperature boost next week, but it does come along with periods of rain. we're talking very beneficial rainfall that could be on the way for us tuesday through thursday. we'll get to the time line on that. sunset tonight happened at 4:15. we're getting very close to that earliest sunset, december 2 through 13th sun goes down at 4:12 in the afternoon but then past the first day of winter we start to begin more daylight so if you have been feeling blue

outside. that pay be one reason for it. there are ways to combat that. i blocked about it last night. you can check that out. 44 right now in boston and for wood. 37 in worcester. 39 in fitchburg. we don't really have the cloud cover to the extent that we had it the last few days to keep temperatures warmer overnight tonight or at least mild. so we will drop back below freezing in the interior. we had some light showers, rain showers, that worked through today but this system is well offshore and eventually it hooks back through the ti bring some significant snow to the crown of maine. photographa scotia being one of those places but for us here closer to home while we can't rule out an isolated sprinkle for cape cod or the south shore, later on this evening we do see the clouds break apart overnight tonight and then through tomorrow i think partly cloudy skies and on sunday we just have bright sunshine to look forward to as that dryer air works back in, high pressure takes control for us, mostly cloudy overnight tonight. 30 to 35 for the overnight lows

the coastline, we're dropping down to the freezing mark and even a touch below for a low in worcester 30 degrees. then tomorrow, more sunshine, but it does come along with a bit of a chilly breeze out of the northwest. so while we top out in the mid 40's for most of us, it will feel like it's in the upper 30's so you will still need to pack on those layers. but as you can see that is really close to normal for this type of year, just a smidge below and we start to get a warming trend webs into thursday and forecast models are saying there is a potential we could even make it up t but we also have some very wet weather that's working through, so we've got to take that into account and how far north does that warm front get? here is the time line for that wet weather. arriving for us during the afternoon and evening on tuesday wednesday could be a dry day, but then on thursday boy it is wet and it is windy and a whole lot of rain on the way for us at least potential for it, maybe one to two inches of rain. maybe even more than that. here is a look at the 7 on 7 forecast. those temperatures staying in the mid 40's through the next
