here. we're looking at high pressure in command of the weather pattern which is what we had yesterday. our winds have died down a little bit come fired yesterday. it's feeling great now. still a cup of o clouds across the cape. those have been thinning out as our wind do pick up here prom dominantly from the west. temperatures are starting to warm up as well. most of us in the mid-to-upper 30s. 35 in plymouth. 37 degrees in beverly. as we head into your day it's quite seasonable few clouds into tonight and next system approaches from the west that's going to bring us wet weather into tuesday and beyond i'll take a closer look in a bit. let's get to breaking news from overnight. and a car bursting into flames after it crashes into a logan express bus. three people were injured. and they were all taken to the hospital. we wanted to get out to victoria warren who has the latest on what happened here. vicki? >> good morning. the investigation into this

eastern avenue and it crashed into the logan express bus. a live look across you can see they are working on cleaning up the fuel spill from the bus. we have some pictures from overnight the car bursting into flames. three people went to the hospital. one person leaving the scene on stretcher. i'm told the injury are not life threatening. the people are expected to be okay. police still investigating trying to figure out how this car ended up t-boning this express a morning. the bus did start leaking deeg l fuel. the fuel got into a storm drain. that's why they've been out here on the scene for hours working on cleanup. taking another live look they have the storm drain open and they continue to do the cleanup work even as we speak. no word on how long they are going to be out here for the cleanup. the three people nonlife threatening injury. they are expected to be okay. as for the cause of this crash

under police investigation. live this morning in chelsea. victoria warren 7news "today in new england." right now police in brockton are closing in on the driver in this video. responsible for a horrifying hit-and-run that was caught on camera. happened friday morning when a group of people was crossing the street right outside of a popular bar there. a man in that group critically injured in that crash and now police say they have found the car involved but as 7 jennifer eagan reports day areti looking for the driver. >> the 25-year-old victim crosses north maine street pausing the moment before he was hit. driver of the car kept going. women went to help the man in the street while his friends looked on. >> we hope this guy can make it. >> the hit-and-run happened in front of the spot bar and lounge. police say they've tracked down the car involved but not the driver. they hope to find the person

thursday. the timing on our second system this week which is going to be wednesday to thursday still a little bit uncertain. right now we're seeing high pressure bringing mostly sunny skies throughout southern new england actually throughout new england at-large. and take a look at temperature in the upper 30s in boston. 38 in norwood. we're starting to warm up nicely in central mass as well. 32 in orange. a bit of a mixed bag this morning as we saw the clear skies and mild wind and we keep those mild wind as we head into the rest of the day. pretty comfortable. by tomorrow we're back to wet weather. we're talking about rain, tugs day wednesday and thursday as we inch toward december. temperatures will be very mild making this rain event almost certainly for us. high pressure in command of weather pattern. that schools out and low pressure pushes from the west. this warm front carry -- this system carries out a lot of moisture with it.

just drizzly weather. this week's system will bring us some preach yeahable rainfall. secondary sets up to northwest as we h body wednesday. that brings us another round of rain. the timing on that thursday morning is still a little bit uncertain. that should be thursday morning and out by the afternoon. we'll definitely monitor that. sky. that cloud cover does thicken up as the system approaches the west. by tuesday we talk about the chance for rain and this especially the case on your way home from work tuesday evening. moderate to heavy rainfall possible. in terms of rainfall total by tomorrow a lot of us are looking half an inch of rain up to 2 inch of rain possible as we head into thursday. that's what we are looking at

know at this moment. vicki? >> good morning. the police investigation into this crash continues. i can tell you those three people have nonlife threatening injuries. but its really scary scene. some picture and video from overnight the car bursting into flames after the impact the sedan colliding with this logan express bus. right around 1:00 in the morning. three people in the car were able to get out. they did go to hospital. one of them taken away on the stretcher. i'm told their injury are then the car burst into flames. it was a really big cleanup and big mess because that logan express bus start leaking fuel. some fuel getting down into the storm drainage system. they have been working for hours to clean all that. it appears they have now finished up. the investigation into exactly how this crash happen around 1:00 in the more sing under way. live in chelsea. victoria warren, 7news "today in

station. police in manchester, new hampshire are arresting this man in connection with a rash of recent robbery. michael giles has been charge with robberior the weekend. after police say they found him in the same clothes seen on surveillance video. police have linked him to two more robberies as well. a rhode island man is going to face a judge today on drug possession charges after a police chase in after a brief chase on west state road saturday afternoon. the chase ended when the suspect jumped out of the car and then ran at police. officers say they found more than 200 grams of cocaine. and more than 1,000 dollars cash in his car. the mayor of springfield meantime want to take closer look at security after a shooting at a nightclub. two people rushed to the hospital after they were shot at the mardi gras strip club early

we look at moderate rainfall and pocket of heavier rain. last week we saw some drizzle damp. this week we look at rainfall total. we absolutely do need. by tomorrow night we could have about half an inch of rain for many locationsen more locally more than that. as we head into wednesday we have another system that approaches from the west. wednesday we're talking about mostly cloudy skies. i think we will be dry in the earlier morning hours for commute to work as we head into wednesday we got another round of rainde into nurse day morning as well. here's a look at rainfall total. as we head into wednesday we've got half an inch on the ground. as the second system pulls through we really start to add on to rainfall totals. this is just ballpark. but you can see the range in general is about over an inch up to around 2 inch of rainfall possible by thursday morning. i think some spots could see closer to three. this is going to do a good dent to our rainfall deficit which we
