3 now to some breaking news- 3 authorities say they've detained "affluenza" teen ethan couch and his mother in mexico.couch - who was convicted of killing four people in a 20-13 drunk driving crash - was recently seen in a video playing beer pong.. a violation of his probation.prosecutors say they went to talk to him - and realized he had disappeared. you may remember-couch avoided prison time after a psychologist diagnosed him with affluenza - saying he had been so spoiled by his parent's wealth, he was unable to understand the consequences of his actions. 3 developing 3 tonight- 3 a grieving family wants to know who hit their loved one with a vehicle and left him to die in the street. it's an interview you'll see only on fox. fox.it happened sunday morning on cemetery street in cowpens ... just past the local hardee's restaurant. investigators say someone hit

and killed brent tessnear with a vehicle. they're calling it a suspicious hit and run. tessnear's family met back at the scene tonight. they think the hit and run may have been intentional saying he walked that road frequently. 3 they want to know who killed this father of 6 children who are now without their dad. 3 3 "it was an innocent man's life that was taken. whether it be a hit and run or whether someone heard him, answer still need to be served. it's not a speeding ticketthat we're dealing with is somebody's life." life."tessnear's family wants anyone with information to come forward. cowpens police is offering a cash reward for anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case. 3 as we continue to cover our counties- 3 an investigation is underway in greenville county-after the coroner ruled a man's death a homicide. homicide.the coroner says nathan crouch was found dead

3 charges will 3 against officers in the police shooting death of 12-year-old tamir rice. rice.here's a look at the surveillance video from 20-14. rice was killed while playing at a recreation center near his cleveland home.police say the 12-year-old was holding a pellet gun when he was a shot. but two of the officers involved said it looked *real. a witness who reported rice to 9-1-1 said the weapon the sixth-grader was holding was "probably fake."but police say the officers involved were never told that.rice's family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the city of cleveland. 3 new at 11- 3 christmas may be over-but there still seems to be a *high sense of holiday spirit in colorado. colorado.a local nonprofit organization named 'cannabis can' spread some cheer in a unique way.they handed out *thousands of free, pre-rolled marijuana joints to the homeless.the group says besides spreading good spirit - they're also on a mission to raise awareness about homelessness.the founder says
