drunk driving case is back in jail. jail."ethan crouch" and his mother "tonya" were arrested in mexico monday night.ethan has been wanted out of texas since last month.crouch is serving probation for a 2013 dui crash that killed four people.during that case.. his attorneys claimed he suffered from "affluenza".. because he grew up wealthy and never learned responsibility.crouch now faces 10 years in prison for the probation violation. 3 hard rock fans are mourning the death of motorhead's lead singer this morning. morning.the band announced ian "lemmy" kilmister passed away monday.. just days after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer.he had battled other health issues in recent years.. but stayed active in the band.lemmy started motorhead in 1975 and was their main songwriter.their biggest hit was "ace of spades" in 1980.lemmy was 70 years old. 3 3 "whole foods" is now paying off thousands of dollars after

keep moving toward the northeast today. 3 3 covering our counties-- greenville county deputies are looking for a man who held a gun to a woman's head and threatened to kill her. her.investigators need your help to find ernest dennis, junior.last month.. deputies say he violently attacked a woman.. held a gun to her forehead, and threatened to kill her.right now, he's wanted for attempted murder, assault and batttery.. and several other charges.if you see him, call 23-crime. 3 we're learning new details about a kidnapping case in buncombe county. county.a total of four people are facing charges.arrest warrants show one of the suspects paid "trena weaver" 20 dollars to drive the two kids.and police say she was under the influence at that time.police say three year old harlee and one year old elijah joyner were abducted from a home sunday.. and were later found safe in swannanoa.the other three suspects were arrested in jackson county, georgia.it's not clear when they'll be brought back to north carolina.
