mechanical issue with the boats. 3 3 covering our counties-- greenville county deputies have a man behind bars in the death of his girlfriend's toddler. toddler.investigators charged michael latimer with homicide by child abuse.that charge was upgraded this week after the little girl passed away. away.the coroner says two year old destiny jackson died at ghs children's hospital, one week after she was admitted. investigators say she died of non-accidental head trauma. latimer is being held on no bond while deputies investigate. 3 it will be a tough day for some students in greenville county, after the death of a classmate. classmate.the spartanburg county coroner's office says they're investigating the death of 18 year old nathan moore.we're told he was a senior at greer high school and played basketball.this morning, it's not clear how he died.the coroner says foul play is not suspected. 3 the spartanburg county sheriff's office is still looking for clues in an attempted murder last week. week.on tuesday.. a dive team went into the tyger river to look for evidence.they searched the area along

two.lawmakers want to make sure north korea doesn't get any money to develop miniaturized nuclear warheads. they say cutting off north korea's access to cash also makes it difficult to pay their army and police forces. 3 michigan's governor is asking for help from fema to make sure people in the city of flint have safe water to drink. drink.governor rick snyder has also activated the national guard to help distribute bottled water... filters and testing kitslast week, snyder declared a state of emergency because dangerous levels of lead were detected in flint's water supply.city leaders say they are working to clean up the water.. and figure out where the contamination came from. 3 firefighters in oakland, california are working to rescue a man who's been trapped in a sewer since tuesday. tuesday.crews say a trench collapsed tuesday afternoon... leaving the man buried up to his chest in a 10 foot sewer line.workers have been trying to stablize the ground to make sure it doesn't cave in anymore.crews say it appears the man is okay. 3 a california soccer league
