3 new from overnight--it looks like a gas leak in part of greenville county is now under control.last night, people in the chick springs area reported a strong gas smell around wade hampton boulevard. greer c-p-w tells us the leak happened in the taylors mill area, where a small pipe broke. piedmont natural gas got the leak under control early this morning.we're told there is no danger to the community. 3 3 it's been one year since the death of a greenville county teen... and questions still remain in the case -- the biggest of which is -- who killed him? him?someone shot and killed 16- year-old cobey smith on a trail close to his home in the nicholtown community on january 25th, 2015. 3 fox carolina's ashley minelli is live at the phillis wheatley center... and ashley-- the community is making another big push for

taking a live look over i-85 and pelham road in greenville. 3 3 michigan's attorney general is investigating the tainted water in flint but state democrats fear his findings won't be impartial. impartial.according to democrats, one investigator working with the attorney general donated thousands of dollars to republican campaigns.meanwhile lawyers representing flint residents in a lawsuit over the toxic water have subpoenaed michigan governor rick snyder.they want emails, text messages or other documents sent or received by snyder or his staff relating to the flint water crisis over the last two years. 3 a texas grand jury says planned parenthood did nothing wrong in a series of undercover videos. videos.the videos were released last summer and appear to show workers agreeing to illegally sell fetal tissue and organs.jurors indicted the two anti-abortion activists who shot the films. david daleiden and sandra merritt are charged with

864-23-crime3 3 3 covering our counties--a man is behind bars in anderson county after the sheriff says he tried to kill a deputy. deputy.kenneth gendron is facing several charges, including attempted murder. we're told it all started when investigators pulled him over on northlake drive sunday. sunday.investigators say gendron tried to drive away while a deputy was stuck in the door.that deputy was dragged several feet.. but was not hurt.we're told gendron fled to his apartment.. starting a short standoff
