3 new from overnight--the greenville county sheriff's office is investigating after two women were shot early this morning. morning.this happened at a home on mansion circle in piedmont.. just after 3:00 this morning.deputies tell us the two female victims were taken to the hospital, but are expected to be okay.deputies have not made any arrests. we're told neighbors reported seeing two men getting into a dark, older model acura.if you know anything about this shooting.. call 23-crime. 3 3 new this morning... state investigators have cleared an upstate sheriff's department after an inmate died in custody last year. year.sled has ruled the oconee county sheriff's office and the detention center were not responsible for the death of ernest smalley, junior.smalley was arrested back in october on a family court bench warrant.he died after four days in custody.the coroner ruled it a natural death.. but smalley's family disputed that.

tells us.. the solicitor's office says the case should be closed. 3 3 covering our counties--we're working to find out if charges will be filed in the death of a haywood county toddler. toddler.according to the sheriff's office.. an autopsy showed the 17 month old died from blunt force trauma. investigators were called to a home in canton early sunday morning.the child was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.deputies say they are still investigating. 3 a man is wanted out of spartanburg county after deputies say he broke into his ex-girlfriend's house.. beat her up, and took their child. child.deputies are looking for michael barton.last month.. the victim says she woke up to find barton attacking her.she says he then took their two year old son and ran outside into 29 degree weather while the baby was not fufuy clothed. the child was later found at a friend's house.anyone with information on michael barton is asked to call the spartanburg county's sheriff's office. 3 3 with the iowa caucuses behind them... the presidential candidates are now turning to new hampshire. hampshire.tonight.. the two remaining democrats-- hillary

body.authorities now say nicole lovell was stabbed to death last wednesday.that's the same day her mother reported her missing.her body was found saturday just over the north carolina state line. a neighbor tells the associated press that nicole talked about sneaking out to see her older boyfriend, whom she met online. 3 health officials in dallas, texas have confirmed a new case of zika virus. virus.local officials say the patient contracted the virus through sexual contact with a person who had been traveling overseas.the zika virus usually spreads through mosquito bites.the world health organization has declared the outbreak a public health emergency. 3 a pennsylvania judge could soon decide whether to dismiss a sexual assault case against bill cosby. cosby.on tuesday.. a former district attorney testified that back in 2005.. he'd promised cosby would not be prosecuted in the case.a judge is now deciding if that agreement still holds up.cosby is accused of drugging and assaulting a former temple university employee back in 2004.a hearing in the case continues today. 3
