3 leaders in ferguson, missouri are asking the u-s justice department for several **changes to a proposal to improve the police force. force.the city council agreed to a list of reforms from the justice department but say costs need to be limited.when the changes were announced tuesday, a packed house started chanting in protest. city finance workers say if their requests for changes are not met, the federal proposal will bankrupt the city. 3 health officials have confirmed a case of zika virus in eastern teessee. tennessee.the c-d-c says the patient recently traveled to south america.. but no other details about their location are known.state health workers say they are bracing for more cases of the virus.the world health organization expects north and south america will see up to four million new cases this year.president obama is calling on congress to spend nearly two billion dollars to fight the outbreak. 3
