news on fox carolina---we're taking a live look at... usc upstate 3 the justice department is taking the city of ferguson, missouri to court. court.attorney general "loretta lynch" announced on wednesday the city is being sued to forcibly overhaul the police department and court system.city leaders say they're trying to work with the federal government but their requests will bankrupt the city.ferguson's mayor says he supports city council and will fight the feds in court. lynch is accusing the police department of violating the constitution. 3 defense leaders in washington say they're sending 500 soldiers overseas.they say the taliban has re-established their operations in a province of afghanistan.the soldiers will relieve a company of 150 soldiers.their goal is to protect special forces who are training and advising the afghan military.a spokesman with the military operations in afghanistan says the new troops will not be involved in
