"terrorist actions happening at the same time. bombs going off in other

places. other terrorist events. so the question has to become, while you're responding, is it also going to affect us?" suprun says it's just a matter of time before terrorists strike on u-s soil again.... and emergency responders need to be trained to handle what he considers the inevitable. des moines mayor frank cownie is scheduled to be in paris later this month for the united nation's climate conference. the november 30th event is still scheduled to take place as planned. cownie will give a preview of his trip tomorrow afternoon at plymouth congregational united church of christ. our other top story this morning, drake university transforming into a political hotspot. the second televised democratic presidential debate gets underway tonight right here in the metro. hillary clinton, bernie sanders and martin o'malley will face off on stage at sheslow auditorium. heading into the debate, the democratic national committee held a round table discussion to find out what iowans want to hear from the candidates. 22:50 and i always look at candidates what are you going to do for public
