lot to get to this morning. president obama is in manila right now for the apex summit, talking trade and also ways to coordinate with china and others re guarding isis. this coming on the heels of the g-20 summit p. the president spoke yesterday backing up his plan to defeat isis. >> we have always understood that this would be a long-term campaign. there will be set backs and success. the terrible events in paris were obviously a terrible and sickening setback. even as we greave with our french friends, we can't lose sight that there have been progress being made. isis also releasinged a new propaganda video offering an attack on the united states. the video has yet to be

authenticated. and the hunt is still on for the eight member terror attack group. and a leading belgium jihadist has been named as the master mind behind the paris attack. and in paris, there are signs of healing. the eiffel tower was lit. nbc's kelly joins us from pair ws the -- paris with the latest. >> reporter: first off, there were 128 more raids overnight, according to the french prime minister, weapons seized once again. this adds to the 160 sum that have happened over the last couple days. nearly 300 raids seizing all sorts of weapons and making arrests throughout france and more air strikes as well. 10 french war planes hitting

and oklahoma. these storms are going to be racing from tulsa back down through the dallas fort worth area and the tornado threat, at least for the time being, is over. and denver still under a blizzard warning and that will continue this morning. interstate 76 southward is where the worst of that will be. and a lot of lightening along this line and going through the fort worth area and soon for dallas and same for tulsa and then push through eastern oklahoma and into arkansas this afternoon. this storm system will regenerate this afternoon, get more moisture, heavy rains, flash flooding through alabama, louisiana and into tennessee and enhanced risk from little rock to alexandria. for additional tornados this afternoon. now a closer look at your day
